Love the wallpaper (well more like large picture... but wallpaper nonetheless hehe) But wow you need to either get rid of some icons or shove them in a folder like I do... (if you notice I have a folder name icons where I keep all my icons) cause wow half your screen is just an icon mess...
Just my 2cents, after all you want to enjoy the full view of the wallpaper and icons just get on the way plus I doubt you really need to have each and everyone of those icons in plain view all the time (I do science research which involves multiple softwares, digital imaging, graphic softwares and a whole lot of other stuff not to mention the other random stuff like chatting programs, virus scanners, spyware scanners etc. all in all I have 164 icons but the only thing I must have at all times on my screen to quickly click is my Browser, My Computer Folder, and well my Icon folder :) :victory:
Edit: Just Looking at your icons I can name a few icons you not only don't need on your desktop, but you don't even need to have them as Icons...
-Quicktime
-RealPlayer
-Windows Media Player
-Adobe Reader
-VLC Media Player
All these programs open instantly the moment you click a file which requires their use (ex: a pdf file will open adobe acrobat/reader by itself) therefore, you don't need to have those icons... It also goes for other icons you have but I have no idea how frequently you use them like Norton System Works which normally should just be docked and doing it's own virus scanning.
Note: You seem to have a load of programs/processes running on your computer at the start as well (bottom right list is huge of icons/programs). I'm guessing your computer takes over 1 minute to turn on right? As a tip I would suggest looking into removing/turning off some of those running processes which all they do is eat up ram/memory.
Anyways enough about that, I'm probably going to sound like I'm controlling you or something, but I just like to help people out with basic computer stuff which just seems to obvious to me
