LOL.

This person gave Nodame a 2/10: "what the hell is wrong with everyone, why cant they just act normal."

That's a really insightful review. :shakehead:

So which version is better Sars or Jtv? I've seen works of both of these groups before and they're probably the top groups in fansubbing for Jdramas but I can't afford to download both.

To think someone just sign up to give a negative feedback on Nodame....

SARS is better.

But both have yeechy fonts... I guess Arial is too clean and simple a font to use. :shakehead:

Wouldn't be the first, I'll bet. :shakehead:

I usually don't bother looking at the threads of the shows I don't like. And it seems pointless to go into the lion's den and bash a show that the frequent flyers of the thread obviously like. Unless you have good, thoughtful arguments to start a discussion with.

Wonderful. I'm 89 hrs away from the finishing point for ep 1. I did hardsub my own copy with siantut softsubs but I still want to compare with another fansub group. Maybe I should go newsgroup route. :grumble:

I surmise the person never did watch any Jdrama prior to it hence the shock "why can't they just act normal." :hehe:

I wouldn't consider "-chan" vulgar... More like a friendly and/or affectionate reference to someone... Typically towards girls/women... :)

If a man on the street say "-chan" to unknown women then its vulgar.
Usually its considered normal to use it between woman.

Well yeah, I wouldn't use that term to a stranger obviously... More like between someone you're friends with... :)

If you look at the other "reviews" from this person, they're just as "insightful." :bleh:
