I know! It sucks that the real world has gotten to me. Really annoying. I noticed that I am slowly being eased out of the top 15 posters.. ahahahahahaha.. How's everybody been, man. I feel like Iwas living in a cave for quite some time... But I'm still actively watching me my doramas.. Anything good to recommend??? *pokes beem to push lmf to the "recommendations" thread*
You've returned to the bedlum, if only for a moment. Yeah as far as the recent crop of doramas, I dunno....I am still watching the impossible to catch up on back long.
Rap about it in the other thread...I'm sure you'll get some good recs.
Edit: I liked Utahime tho...with Nagase Tomoya and Saki Aibu

i've been thinking about the orchestra scenes and the cosplayers gathering. did they hire those ppl as extras? if they did, they must've spent a lot of money on hiring ppl alone! if the audience for the orchestra scenes are real people attending the filming just to listen to the orchestra play at a reduced price (or possibly free ticket), then this means that the actors had to get it right in the first take? if so, that is quite impressive ne....they must have had to practice an awful lot before the actual filming takes place. especially episode 11 where the R&S oke were playing in suntory hall...that's an awful lot of ppl :applaud: or were those just special effects?

gomen for my long-winded post
I don't think the audience was some kinda CG thing... I think they just asked a bunch of people of they wanted to be in a J-drama.... No money involved...
It's like the studio audience for a TV or game show... With stricter rules. :)

According to the "Making of" the cosplayers were extras (paid). The audience were likely to be volunteers as Beem said. In the drama FujiTV asked fans to come along and played the part of audience in the orchestral performances - NC manga fans, fans of the actors/actresses etc. The orchestral performances in the SP were by real orchestras (Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra), maybe FujiTV called upon fans of the orchestra to participate.

"Oh, to be in France now that Juri-chan is there...." :smitten:

Did anybody understand what the whole "D..." thing was about in the special? They kept returning to the 'D'...and at first I thought it was just because it's the key of the violin concerto...but that just doesn't seem right.

LOL.
Spoiler — click to revealThe entire "D" thing was pertaining to the bra size that Nodame was buying from the lingerie store... :hehe:
As much as I adore Nodame/Juri-chan, she's no D-cup... More of an A, I'd say.... :)

Sorry for going cross-dorama...but this reminds me of a line in Kou Kou Kyoushi:
" Are you French or what? Sleeping nude!" (There is no smiley to reflect the dirty thoughts i have now :beaten: )

I don't get that whole nosebleed thing...
A gesture from manga and anime. The nosebleeds show that the person is horny at that moment. Instead of showing the "normal" signs of arousal they give the characters nosebleeds...a more discrete, comic way to convey arousal, I guess.
