Well, some people wouldn't get the lame joke without the subs to help :sweat: Their work on the Nodame SP wasn't that bad actually.

But why the screencap from this version, when you have the 720p raw to work with?

That's true, going simple with the sub font and styling makes it simple to read. Yellow's a safe bet as well, compared to say oh, the green text of a certain hardsub I had. :sweat:

Interestingly, if you check out professionally subbed films (Seven Samurai, Rashomon, etc.), they're typically white... Which most reviewers seem to prefer over yellow... I guess it's less obtrusive.

White works well, especially with the black outline as contrast, but I've seen yellow used as well. It's a matter of preference I suppose. You like yellow, some fansub groups prefer baby blue :beaten:
