Everyone gets lazy over something sooner or later, but its a great thing if they pick it up again after some time. If you stop doing practicing something for a long time, it doesnt mean you shouldnt ever continue it. It means that after some time of not doing it that it must take a real amount of passion to start again and that's how you're meant to be about things, passionate. There's a drive for you to start something again and you need that drive, everyone does.

yep. I'm starting to play more now~ Cuz I wanna be like Yiruma and try to compose something.

Once I'm done with my O Levels in June, I'm going to learn how to play the guitar. A few months ago I thought it was stupid for wanting to learn how to play at such a late age cos I thought at this age I wouldnt be any good since I'd need a lot of practice but then I remembered that Uruha started at my age, so it made me think there's some hope. I at least want to try.

I dont know anyhting about the notes of Calm Envy but on the net I'm pretty sure there are. If not, then try looking up the cover versions on youtube and ask people if they'd give them to you.

You're taking O level so fast ? O_O; June.... that's fast!! XD

gah, I don't even know how to play guitar or piano. hahas.

I dont know all that much about Yiruma but I heard he's pretty good. Just remember that being passionate about what you do is really important, after that and accepting your talent things come naturally.

I dont know what they're equal to over there but there like requirments to get into colleges and schools and stuff. National exams.

Things go like this here:
Pre-grade: age 3-4
Junior school: age 4-11
Senior school: age 11-15
Form five is the last year of the senior school and its shorter than all the other years(6 months) and you take the O Levels in the beginning of June or whenever they decide but usually just before the summer or at the beginning of summer.
Depending on the number of O Levels you get you can go to different schools, ITS(Tourism Studies), MCAST(Various courses) or you can go to 6th Form to get your A Levels and then using both your O Levels and A Levels you can get into University.

O_O your senior school is only until 15.... over here was 16 for some pupils, 17 for some. mine was until 17 because I didn't do well in the primary school leaving exam when I was 12 =.=

and the new system is rather irritating... government over here wanted us to pass English, Science and Math, and the points must not be more than 9. =.= :banghead:

I remained in the same school my whole life: my pregrade was in this school, my junior school was in this school and my senior school was in this school too, it was just split up into two sections(pre-grade went with junior) and even though I did fail many exams at the age of twelve(as i explained a bit of my lifestyle back then to Momopuff) i never failed bad enough to need to repeat thankfully but because of that i wasnt allowed to take subjects such as english literature and biology.

....that just went from one ear to another. Forgive my puny undeveloped brain for not comprehending the scribble created from tiny pixels and bytes as it continues to eat up my computer space. =^.^=

Lol maybe Tissue-san's explanation was much better, only difference is the years over there and the fact that they have something called N Levels and we dont have them, just O Levels that are taken at age 15 and is required(unless you plan on doin nothin all your life since you cant do anythin without no O Levels whatsoever) and you take A Levels at a later age depending on how long your chosen subjects take and its optional.

yeah, unless you want nothing in your live, then you doesn't need to take the exam~~~ XDDD

A level is for Junior College (which I don't plan to go) I want to go to a Polytechnic. which in where students are studying only the course they choose and trained for the course.

N level is before O level for the Normal Academic students. when here you don't have O level cert, you at least need a N level cert to work.

I THOUGHT I HEARD EXTRA ACOUSTIC ON THAT SONG! *coughs* sorry! But yeah, I thought I heard extra acoustic there but it was so dark on his side of the stage during that song and how is it his stand and acoustic guitar disappear in a second but Aoi's stays there? I mean, yeah Aoi plays his acoustic guitar more but why does Uruha's seem to disappear so fast? Or is it that he just moves sooo far away from it no one sees it when the camera's on him?

I think it's too dark ?... but I know it's an acoustic guitar. because the shape and colour is different from his electric guitar... and he was playing guitar, but there's no electric guitar sound... he's playing the acoustic guitar. I watched this is from the Decomposition Beauty's Crucify Sorrow XD I didn't watch the NLSG's version

Well I knew he knew how to play acoustic cos it was the first he'd learnt but I'd never seen him playing it before on a track or on stage or something, its always been Aoi playing acoustic.
