Not so advanced mathematics (management, not accounting) and yet not so many things to remember (i'll probably die in law school)...

SHIGE??? Nahhh... well he just didn't catch my attention... oke shige isn't hot, in my pov... Hah, so you can tell their personalities just by watching them in shows... koyama is a motherly type? Well he doesn't look like it ha? But he does seem nice. But putting them in the "father" and "mother" thing is just frieky.... hahahah...

eh, i missed this before i wrote you back. ECONOMICS, huh! well, now THAT EXPLAINS YOUR REPLIES! MY GOD, YOU'RE LIKE A MAJOR BRAINY GUY! (well, actually judging from your arguing nature, i thought you were gonna go for LAW - such a fighter!)

BTW, Hello, Grumble i didn't say 'fatherly' - i said he seemed 'big brotherly', in terms of being caring to the younger ones. that's like being a friend you can always turn to, when you are sad, or in trouble, or both.

I just thought Yamapi, since he seems to be the kind of most prominent one - would be the most "biggest brother". but that's not a discredit, he's just maybe a little less "active" in that sense. Koyama seems balanced.

I was just wondering why someone said that Yamapi's voice is not the greatest in NEWS. I thought he is rather good, even better than Koyama's : although i love Koyama too.

I like Shige's voice, too : but wish he could sing a little louder. I think he has a good voice. sorry, i still love SHIGE....maybe i'll grow out of him, eventually. but right now, i like that he has the brains, the smile, not a bad voice. he composes, he writes, he thinks a whole lot. he also is able to talk about famous paintings like The Scream by Munch (i think that's the name of the painting in the jweb). He is also a pretty fast thinker, but sometimes he just needs to think a little less, so that he can let his natural talent shine a little more.

I like tego's voice, though generally he is a little young still. but i like massu's voice as well. Ryo, Uchi : ok - hey, if not they wouldn't be in two groups at the same time.

I just want to say "Happy birthday to Ryo-chan" w00t! w00t! w00t! , wish you have a best day ^__^
Wow you guys are talking about the best voice in NEWS...it made me wanna to join...and in my opinion i think Massu's voice is the best Mr Green ...i noticed his voice at first in Cherish, and Yume no kazu dake...his voice is so sweet and special Dancing
And i like Tessi's voice too...but i think every member in NEWS has good voice, all they need is training to perform live better and better, i don't like lip-sync Sweat .
About YamaP, his voice is good but not the best...and talking about the Pi's image now i think it's a little weird Sweat , i like he the most in Teppen and Akira' image... that suits NEWS best ^__^
Ah this thread is growing so fast that i couldn't chase you guys haha...

OK ....i have a question. why do a lot of people not like the current YAMAPI look? I think otherwise Sweat yamapi is better looking since that he doesn't look so anaemic anymore. Muack

in fact, he looks like a solid guy. ok, maybe a little too solid for some younger girls, maybe. Mr Green but he looks kind of all-grown up now.

wonder how tego and ryo are gonna look in 2007, when they come back. kusano too. koyama, i don't think is gonna change very much, dunno....he seems to like what he is now...told you he was stable. Besides people are loving him already, so that's not a big problem, i think.

I am not sure about UCHI. I wondered if he was really having an affair with RYO gay~ but whatever it is, i like him when he looks a little less girly (well, i'm different). so, i like him when he looks kind of just 'normal', good looking guy @ straight.

kusano....he looks younger than his age. not baby-ish, but childish. advice?

ryo's just a big puppy. he talks mean, coz he can be wanting lots of TLC but just a little shy to admit it. Puppy Dog Eyes HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

but its good ne.. spread the love..

about Yamapi, me also don't like his current long hair style but I think maybe due to his new drama? but I do have see one of his current pic at other forum which looks like his has loss some weight.. I think at his cheek where its shows his jawline. but not so obivous..
And I'm sure most yamapi fans love Akira most.. Akira was the best fits for yamapi to me.. but time changes and yamapi also want people know he is grown up.. we have watch him as pretty cute chibi yamapi to a matured manly yamapi... but please don't say that he become uglier and uglier.. Shameful Cry

What new dorama? He looks good in Kurosagi i guess

as for tegoshi's acting...
hahahahaha, his faces in MBMH made me laugh. i swear he looked constipated in so many random shots. but i mean, i guess that was all in character??? i dont mind his acting all that much, cuz ive seen plenty worse hehe but ummmm yea maybe thats cuz im partial and think he's adorable. and he hasnt really been given such difficult roles to experiment with SO, i dunno.

He even looks constipated in the MS... he does have wierd expressions...
I wanna say that there is no such thing as a NOT DIFFICULT ROLE!!! So many movies have non-leading casts as stars rather than the lead-cast itself! And he didn't really do well in MBMH, not as good as yamaP in NwP. He didn't have enough kindness aura in MBMH and all i noticed was the gay-ness... gomen ne, but it might be because of the script also -_-" All in the eye-gesture. ne?

By the way, A ROLE THAT APPEARS IN EVERY EPISODE AS A BEST FRIEND IS NOT A SERIOUS ROLE? Pleaseee.....

Sorry if it's kinda piercing, but it's probably becoz i started to know NEWS from their performances in doramas

what! UiTM? Why? i've studied there. No offence but i 'd rather you go for the private u's. UiTM's only recently been upgraded into University status. I think it only applies to Bumiputeras (i.e. local Malays and other local ethnic races).

Hey monta, you seen the Falling in The Eyes of The Unpretty "Busu...." with SHIGE Muack Muack . SHIGE was the non-leading actor......he wasn't even on the back cover of the video case. i mean, huh....? Not even on the back cover???!!! Crazy

Sweat but he was much better that the hero, who is also a hot guy in Japan or so i gather. the hero was always looking 'awed', with his mouth half-opened...like he was amazed at something all the time.... bleh

Thumbsup Shige was like this half-hero who was interested in the heroine. he looked pretty cool in the black suit in the church/wedding scene. Lovey Eyes

watched Shige in that Car Radio thingy and the Kakukurai (ok that's wrong spelling) -- Bonk -- and i think he matured as an actor in between these two short dramas. I saw the older stuff he did in that 'Teacher' series; was that Kimpachi something..shige was 14 yrs old.

I bought 1 litre of tears, with only Mandarin subtitles, but i cannot find RYO in there. was there another version, coz this one had 2 cds of it, and i kept trying to go from scene to scene trying to find RYO but cannot find. Bonk

after all that i've learnt about Yamapi this week, i think i'm gonna try to ge that CD "makeover" that I found, has him and Kame. what's that story about, by the way?

lizakajang oh? really? well i'll look for another, but universiti malay seems to get my attention. Singapore and Australia? tell you what, i've had 3 years of experience in australia actually. Singapore? i would love to go to NUS or NTU(never liked engineering) but indonesians have adored those unis for ages so it's REALLY HARD to get accepted there although they give scholarships regularly every year^^

No actually, haben't seen em.

No Ryo in 1litre of tears? Well thats something... if i'm not mistaken, ryo eppers in episode 2 or 3? original or pirated DVD? Tell you what, that dorama is brilliant, bet you'll cry 2 litres ^^ but the ending was kinda...

Yeah, you're pretty wise ^^
But really, i don't really judge from their personalities since i don't know them well... hahaha and yes i'm quiet subjective... so i tend to just critic them from their performance as a professional not as a human being... hahahahha...

This thread is like a mirror, always believe in you're own pov, though it might sound selfish, then make corrections on yourself after reading other peoples pov. ne?

Agree... Yamapi's voice really stands out and acually, i think he's good... but ryo? musically standard, but you have to say his voice has character...
You can really tell that it's ryo and yamapi's voice when listening to the mp3s

currently annoyed with the "OH-OH..." and some "YEAH"s in the NANDE2x song, please... it's like they have to fill in the whole song with the voice of the boys, only music is really OK sometimes...

lizakajang, hantuwriter, and everyone else, thanks a lot on the infos for universities ^^

ok, i'm sounding stupid. but the one that i got was this 2 cd thingy which is like 1.5 hours long in total i guess. there are no episodes.

what say you. and how come you cry? why the ending not so good?

you know, it's good that you come to Malaysia for studies because the gov is looking to intensify Malaysia's role as a centre for educational excellence. there is a chance the local u' s will be striving to make themselves 'universiti bertaraf dunia' like UiTM is doing now. but having said that, i think that we first need to have the manpower, the lecturers, the administrative staff, the right syllabus, etc. that's why there are a lot of private colleges coming up, but i figure you're not looking for basic programmes.
