Well, first of all, this is TOTALLY TOTALLY un-related to Japanese dramas. I just needed to express my massive frustration and anger. And, JDorama.com was very near by!!!! hehe

In case the web site's down, here's the skinny if it all... This guy wanted a Dell computer for Christmas. I'm assuming he told his parents he wanted a computer, but didn't tell them WHAT KIND of computer he wanted. Most Windows people think all computers are alike, right???? LOL! Crazy

So his REALLY nice parents go out and buy him a computer: a $2500+ Apple Power Macintosh G5 with DUAL PROCESSORS, tons of RAM and hard disk, etc.

The guy receives this gift. Like a typical Windows rich spoiled brat, he says, "Well, the case is nice... But it doesn't run xxxx and yyy and zzzzz!" If it were me, I'd send it to my parents saying, "Hey I appreciate the gift and the overall jesture very much. However, it doesn't run the things I want to use, therefore you should return it and get your money back." My parents wouldn't throw a cow over that.

But noooooooooo.... Instead of getting their $2500 back in exchange for a much cheaper Dell system, he rips EVERYTHING out of the case and throws in a $1.93 third-rate Athlon motherboard!!!!!!! What a jack-*ss!!!!! Beat You Bleah Devil

I'd like his parents to start sending him some Macintosh software.... "Let's give little Johnny-boy some software... How about that $1000 Final Cut Pro????" LOL!!!!

It's like one of my friends said, "Some people just shouldn't be given nice things."

do they come with OS X installed? maybe he doesn't know any other OS besides windows.

but to take it apart is silly, but i guess he would probably be 16 with plenty of time on his hands.

hah! that's not me! ... shoot i'd be happy to get such an expenisve mac... i wouldn't care.. i actualy got used to how cool macs 'feel' when i took some classes at my college where we had to use macs... Drooling they're really simplistic... none of this weird windows cr@p.. Nut

but still i own a pc just cuz of all the software and hardware that u can use with pcs... otherwise i'd use macs all the time... i just like them a lil bit more... i think

well... probably...
1) he's not very bright and not very good at maths
2) he's not really knowledegable or proficient at computers
3) Neither are his parents at both of the above...
4) they're probably rich ppl...

And if he had bought from an apple dealer... they might not have non macintosh computers available for him to exchange...

just my 2cents Mr Green
