yes, i know, its quite boring to wait on the 2nd part of the splitted book, cause they appear with a diffence of some month...but i guess the german books have somehow the better drawings ^^
i needed 1-2years to finish this fantasy cycle and sometimes it really bored me. sometimes the side-storys are absolutly uninteressting or the story develops far too slow, but on the other hand....hey, gimme one book with more complex characters, development, world and story
If you like Fantasy, I suggest some DragonLance by Weis/Hickman. Especially Chronicles and Legends. Their Deathgate Cycle is really cool, too. It's been a while since I've read those but I've always enjoyed them. Don't know if they're in German though...

Right now when I am not slaving away at my English, Calculus and C++ text books I am reading books on other programing languages. Right now I am reading a book on JAVA then moving on to Python.

currently java is eating up 90% of mylife. if u don't shut up i'll throw a NullPointerException on u.
Loaned an English language novel from a local library. I thought it'd be a good opportunity to improve my English literacy, hehe. It's been years since I read English language books, got lazy, rather read manga .
The title is Lost Japan, written by Alex Kerr. I have read 20 pages so far, it looks like the author's biography.

If you've read or heard about the book The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Douglas Adams claims the meaning of life is the number 42. Does anyone else find it strange that 4-2 in Japanese is ""? ()
edit: changed the title from "The Meaning of Life?"

Once I'm done with Murakami (within the next 2 days) this'll be the next one:
"The Pillow Book of Sei Shonagon" been looking forward to that for quite some time
and after that "Genji no monogatari" I've been waiting for that a long long time *beats amazon*

I have not yet read The Prince. My priorities right now are to read The Prince and Discourses. Everyone tells me I should have gone with The Prince first, but I'm already in the middle of the Art of War so I may as well finish it.
