1. Predictable... but [Rating: 8/10]
Predictable - but still an enjoyable drama. Boy meets girl, boy likes girl, boy gets girl, boy loses girl... well you get the idea.

Nothing really original here and it's basically your typical Jdorama formula series (lot's of running by the male lead and lot's of walking slowly by the female lead reflecting/thinking), but still and for whatever reason I kept watching. Kuroki Meisa is seriously pretty, and despite her narrow range in playing this character (she seems to play really just one emotion here), she kind of fits the part well. Katori Shingo plays another nice guy like he did in Flower Shop Without Roses, which is a much better romance drama.

Katori's character does get annoying towards the end, as you would think that he would be smarter in realizing faster his love for Kuroki Meisa, especially since he's a master match maker.

Dispite some flaws with the script, I realiized that I enjoyed this drama because it had a happy ending. So many JDorama don't finish well and you're left feeling a bit empty at the end. At least here almost all the characters get what they want.... so how could you not like that!

2. Enjoyable [Rating: 7/10]
Finished yesterday watching "Shiawase ni Narou yo", though it wasn't anything great I still enjoyed it; I found Katori Shingo and Takahata Atsuko particularly good, while the rest of the cast did a decent job (with the exception of Naka Riisa, whom I found as incredibly annoying as she was in "Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo" - at least this hairstyle suited her better, but seriously...does she always "act" that way?...>__<)

If we had the chance to give half points I'd give it 6.5, but since we can't, let's be generous, LOL: 7/10

A naive but very predictable drama. Although I think Katori Shingo, Kuroki Meisa, Fujiki Naohito, and Naka Riisa are all fine actors and the show should have been a lot greater than it was, I was just really annoyed by the end. Naka Riisa's character never stood a chance and though I like the way she played her, I didn't like the character. I think that's true for just about everyone in this drama. Actually, I think the most enjoyable parts were the meetings between Harada Mieko and Kobayashi Kaoru. Cute, soft, vaguely romantic. It's sad nothing much came of that. I was honestly rooting for the ugly guy to nag the pretty girl and it was frustrating to see the pretty boy advisor swoop in and steal her away so I guess I resented their relationship instead of rooted for it. In this kind of drama I want the couple I'm rooting for to be successful. Sure the ugly guy found a pretty girl by the end, but it wasn't THE pretty girl, you know? I found this drama somewhat enjoyable however, if only for K$uroki Meisa's beautiful clothes on occasion.

Exceedingly generic and almost pointless. Most of the cast was boring and there were very few characters I took any interest in. Some of the comedy was quite good, but those moments are few and far between. I actually was more interested in the sort of "villains" of the series, the lawyer and his wife, than in the main stars.

I tend to gravitate to slower, less over-the-top types of drama such as this, so I largely liked it by default, but really the whole relationship was unbelievable. They were very cold and formal towards each other throughout, and I was very annoyed by the tacked-on, color by numbers type of drama that they threw in during the last two episodes, and equally by the spontaneous reconciliation of what feels like acquaintances more than lovers.

Worth watching drama. I dislike the glamour and glit for some reason. Like how the actors are always perfectly styled and so on. Without this aspect, the drama would be more serious. Nevertheless i liked all the romance parts and how the feelings of a handful people changed during the story.

Good dorama which a slight "old-school" feeling to it, where everything revolves around the feelings of a handful of people. Gradually you get to know that everybody has a deeper reason for their behaviour which lies in their past. The female co-worker of the protagonist was very funny.

Hm... I wasn't that much of a fan of the whole plot and happenings as well as all the endlessly repetitive "Let's become happy"-talk, but it was still quite enjoyable in general.

maybe 7.5. Sometimes charming, sometimes comedic, sometimes sad but always predictable. Has moments of cross-overs with other dramas ... nice to watch for these

Great actors, but story is too slow and typical for me. I thought it was going to be more of a comedy, but it's a regular romantic drama.

Nothing special in the plot... but surprisingly was still enjoyable as a light drama. So I still think it is above average.

Watching now as I type...it's been a frustrating drama. The characters make me so mad, so indecisive!

I really hate to rate a Shingo drama with this, but this one is boring as hell =(
