Edit: Looks like I'll have to take back what I said. Mexico is getting their ass kicked by Portugal :shakehead: I thought soccer was like life to Mexicans....Definately didn't think they would lose like this. Sorry if this sounds a bit offensive to some.

did you watch the holland - argentina match just now? i'm quite dissapointed that it ended 0-0. they played brilliantly but i wanted to watch some goal.
will there be any match with a lot of goals like 15-14 or 34-59? then the supporters wont stop screaming. :nut:

yeah it was a decent match, even it sorta was B-team game. oh well, Argentina will play Mexico on saturday now, and Holland will play against Portugal on sunday: time for revenge!

I'm so proud of Ghana. Glad the USA are packing their bags and going home for good. I don't really care for that bad call (because sh!t happens)! The USA should've been able to kick a$$ when they were supposed to and they didn't. Ghana played better overall... the USA pretty much sucks. OH WELL.

FO' REALS...the calls and non-calls have been ridiculous...for these fools to be giving so many yellows and red cards you would at least hope they make the big calls right.....the refs are ass..

The US had their fates in their hands...and well, they blew it. Italy beat the Czechs and all they needed to do was beat Ghana to join them in the next round.

those fifa rankings are definitely crap and they almost always are before world cup tourneys...

they're worthless...if anybody really believed the US was ranked 5th going into this tournament, i want some of the drugs you're taking.

was there even bad calls in USA - Ghana match? i didnt watch the match.
i'm not surprised at all if there was any bad calls. they've been doing that a lot lately.

yes Ghana was awarded a penalty kick on a foul that was clearly not worthy of a PK....it was a shit call...but what can you say....

the US didn't play well through the first round. Landan Donovan might as well have been playing Nintendo because he certainly wasn't playing soccer.

From the highlights that I saw, there was one REALLY good opportunity for him to put a shot on goal in the second half and he just passed the ball like a coward and f*cked up the opportunity. he played badly, very badly.
