You don't, once the torrent has downloaded, you'll have a complete .avi (or whatever) file. The .torrent file just holds information for tracking etc.
cool thanks alot....what does everyone believe is the best torrent program to use....right now im using utorrent and since this is the first time i have dont know about alot but it was recommended to me. So far I have no complaints. Only thing is that it is slow....but i believe that it is just because alot of people are downloading the same file
I use Azureus, which seems to work well. The problem with torrents is that they can be slow if there's not many seeds.... and if there's no seeds at all, then the download just stops :(
Out of the ones that I used, I recommend uTorrent. Stick with it. It uses less memory, and usually is able to connect well. But it depends, like Anime Dad says. But still, utorrent is the best one out there right now. (Biased?)

:victory:
on utorrent it says the file is 695mb (ex) and i have uploaded 680mb so far...why does it say i am only 52% done???

I also use uTorrent. I like it alot.
What you upload and download (52% or 361.4 MB) are independent. Say you are the only one with a 100MB file stuck at 99% (so you have downloaded 99 MB). If 2 new people come on the torrent, and you are the only one sending and you get them both to 99%, you will have uploaded 198 MB to them. Your upload/download ratio will be 2.0 in this case.
Yeah, you should try to keep your download/upload ratio to 1:1 or better (ie more uploads than downloads) if possible, some trackers will penalise you if you have a lesser ratio.
Just make sure your antivirus software is up to date and running in the background: that site has lotsa software hacks/cracks, but also lotsa sites with viruses...
I use an older, second computer to look for hacks/cracks: if it gets compromised, I don't lose anything important.
You can even download them. Last time I went there I got 3 or 4 and downloaded nothing.
If the rar file password is less than 8 characters, it will take from a few minutes to hours to crack. If it's more than that, it'll take months, if not years. It gets a few lifetime long when you reach 12+.
Try the url as password or search the exact file name on forums, you might find the password.

If you want to display the title, artist... in Japanese (Not in romaji), you need to either change the encoding in the player (they don't all support this and can cause more problems) or save the tags in Unicode.
If you have an iPod you can use tag 2.4. It'll work with Media Player 11, foobar, iTunes and many others. 2.3 should be fine too, if 2.4 doesn't work with WinAmp. (as long as you select UTF-16). Make sure you delete id3tag v1, they'll contains crap and you'll get lots of "????" and "||||". :)
You can edit them with Mp3Tag. Free, spyware free and easy to use.
Thanks

You're welcome. :)
I know 3 professional programs: Sound Forge, Adobe Audition and Pro Tools. Pro tools is used in music production, post production, TV, movies... Adobe had a trial version a few years ago. If those software can't do it, it's probably impossible to do. You'll never have a real karaoke quality version tho.
There's a free audio editor called audacity. I don't know if it can do it tho. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
I am thinking about buying a new computer monitor. Probably a 19 inch. The one I have right now is really old. Any suggestions as to what brands some of you like the best? Or ones to avoid. Or stores that you prefer. Thanks!

I'm guessing you're talking LCDs, ne?
Best thing to do is to go to the store and check them out... :)
Usually the ones I see on sale at Fry's are Viewsonic, Samsung, and Envision... The Envision ones are pretty inexpensive, around $150 for a 19" when on sale... I think my uncle picked up one of those. The picture quality looked okay, but I only used it for a short period of time.
Are you planning to use it for just computer stuff or to watch dramas/videos as well?
