I've done some looking: You can get them, but they don't sell them in the usual places, you have to buy them online.

I guess that's what i'll be doing :)

That's where I bought mine...

I don't think any walk-in stores sell Taiyo Yudens...

Better off buying online anyways, especially if there's free shipping to be had. :victory:

As mentioned before, discs are not 100% compatible with every drive/player out there...

Finally got a chance to check it in a different DVD player and one disc plays ok in there, but some of the others are still a bit wonky. I'm going to check it with my other DVD player as soon as I finish what I'm watching because I really don't want to lose my place.

I heard that Taiyo Yudens are one of the better discs available. If I could get the free shipping, I'd get those too.

I bought something from that place before, but unfortunately "Free shipping items are only applicable to the Continental US, 48 states" so that leaves me out. :( I remember just buying CD sleeves and the shipping costing $8.95 or something like that, so I imagine that a 100-pack of DVDs might cost more. :sweat:

Yeah, it does. The only places that I use that has free shipping to Hawaii are Amazon.com (thank God for that!) and Yesasia (where I buy my Jpop cds).

They do sell it, but it's via third-party distributors, which is not included with the "free shipping" since you're not getting it directly from amazon.com. I could try ebay, but I haven't checked to see what the prices are and I don't know if I want to trust ebay for these kinds of things.

Actually, I got my Taiyo Yudens from Shop4Tech: they were a couple of bucks cheaper than SuperMediaStore and still had free shipping. :victory:

But I'm guessing shipping ain't free to HI, either. :sweat:

These Taiyo Yudens better be good since I just bought 600 of them from supermediastore after they sent me one of the newsletters containing a coupon.
