I've seen AP though. It's interesting, though it's not really geared on romance. You really learn to appreciate stewardesses in that series :)

Hi! I was wondering if anyone heard anything about the seijin/adult ceremony for this year? I think TegoMass should be 20 already, right? Or maybe I am wrong (being very high on caffeine lately!!!). Anyhow, any news on the Seijin for this year? Thanks so much!!!

Haha, no. Tegoshi is the youngest member of NewS, now that Kusano isn't in the team....Tegoshi is even younger than Shige. So this year only Massu has the ceremony. And his adult ceremony is held at the same time as NewS return press conference on 1/10. Unfortunately b/c all news reporters only focus on NewS return......so there's very very tiny little mention about Massu's ceremony.

No, I meant he looked like one of those cool anime dudes that came to life lol. Sayang wla cya nkahuman sa series. I would have finished it long time ago if he did. I don't think Uchi and Kusa will be in any mags since they're only trainees. Monta joke: they can't possibly publish pictures of them mopping floors. Sure, if I stumble on that entry I'll post it here if the translator permits it :)

After spending long time searching, I can only find 1 repo on yesterday's SC recording. But then really doubt if the writer made up stories or is it Yamapi or the jweb translator making jokes or last possibility of Yamapi wearing "fake hair" to hide his new hair style? According to the translation of Yamapi's jweb entry I read, Yamapi supposed to cut his hair in a new trendy style. And then in SC recording he sang a song he wrote for the Jr. But in that fan's repo, Yamapi's hair didn't change, and then songs he sang were Daite Senorita, Seishun Amigo, Fever & Future and w/ Koyama singing NewS Nippon......that's totally diff from Yamapi's translated jweb. I wonder which version is true........translation or repo?

yeah same here! if uchi were to finished that dorama ~ i would have skip AP and start watching GI ne eventho they say its a waste of money and time! lolz and even if hate anne suzuki there ~ gladly i wont skip it like what i do with my other doramas... hahahaha and i totally gave up of lunch queen ne! i was sooo bored... boo! if it wasnt for yamapi ~ i will surely not buy that crap! hahahha

so who do u think uchi resembles in anime?? i think he would fit in one of the characters of the four gorgeous shonnen in ...ano... oh sh1t! i totally forget my fave shonnen anime ne!!! its about this 5 member making big in music... ack!! i cant remember... definitely uchi isnt my tuxedo kamen... hmmm....

for me, i believe to those translators ne! why would they be lying?? they shouldnt make fun of us readers ne ~~ its yamapis diary for petes sake!

I don't know if Johnny's held another ceremony seperately for other Johnny's artists this year. But for NewS member, Massu is the only one. Koyama, Ryo, and Yamapi already had it, and Shige and Tegoshi will have it next year. Hmm.. you don't mean Sensual Phase, do you? Wild guess since I haven't seen it myself, but that's the closest I can think of. Actually I haven't watched animes in such a long time ever since I got into dramas. Uchi in anime form... it's hard to think of a character right now, but he can resemble one easily. Haha, my fave anime of all time was HYD :)

He should have one if he hasn't already. But we may never know since it would be in private. How old is Kusa now by the way? 19?

But since Johnny-san obviously forbids it and only offered them positions as trainees, they have no choice but to accept it since it's better than nothing ne? Most of the boys who violated the rules never got the chance to return, so being trainees gives them an opportunity to climb their way back up and pick up where they left off. Is this what you meant? No Border is just a name that group of Johnny's artists call themselves. Privately, these 8 ppl (or 9? I forgot the #of ppl) are friends, not just coworkers. They would hang out and have gatherings once in a while.....during one of their meeting, they just suddenly think of having fun to make a team and asked Toma to make up a name for their group, and Toma named it No Border. It's completely private, no Johnny's business involved.

About your question on Johnny's countdown gathering 23 yrs old ppl.....they were actually gathering all artists whose Chinese astrology is boar. You see the first guy came out on stage was actually born in 1971, not 23 yrs old. There are 12 animals in Chinese astrology, same for Japanese. So 12 yrs is 1 cycle. 2007 is year of boar. Those artists will turn into 24 or 36 in this year. So next year's countdown will be Ryo-chan and Koyama's turn (Year of Rat). And 2009 will be Yamapi's turn, as for Year of Ox.

If I'm not mistaken this 9 people are really closed before. I mean while they are little (sorry I don't know the right words, is it during the training in JE?)
