Matsu: Lucky you! Be sure to give us all a full report of your trip when you get back...maybe you'll have a laruku sighting!
Twill do. I have been having the weirdest, wildest dreams about seeing Laruku (I should say the chance of seeing Laruku). Oh my goodness, that's all I've been thinking of lately (and the only thing that's been getting me through finals :nut: ). Hee hee, much too crazy to happen, but a girl can dream, ne?
By the way, Matsu, thanks so much for the Awake songs. I've just listened to all of them. Hoshizora is so beautiful, definitely my favorite of the new songs. Hyde's voice is amazing (aaagh, thinking up crazy impossible situations again! Must stop :banghead: ) and I'm so glad that he made this song all by himself! Such a genius!
It's taken me awhile to like all of the songs on this CD for some reason, but once I have, they've become favorites, and I'm sure it will be the same for the rest of the songs on the CD. In fact I'm on my second listen as I'm writing and already I'm liking them more and more. Still, doesn't it seem like this CD is a little different in style to others? I don't know, maybe it's because there's so little Tetsu influence when he's been quite a big part before. I don't know, don't listen to me because I really need to hear the songs more, so yeah nevermind... :bonk:
P.s. anyone been to Japan before? I've heard that's much cheaper to buy a train pass before you go (instead of buying the regular tickets in Japan). Is this true?
Hello!!! Ifm MEIKO and a huge laruku-fan!! Sorry, I donft speak English very wellc
I donft know where to get the concerts Shibuya, Tokyo dome, etc. I WANT IT!!!, are you have any link for direct download?? I donft have emule, soulseek or some program for downloads. I will be grateful with your help. (my English is awful) Thanks. :muack:
Hyde's babe wrote:Yeah agree... as I heard their concert in Korea is worth for RP.3.300.000!!! I dunno how much in dollars I guess it's about 3300 dollars?
WOW, that's a lot of money!

I don't blame you! I dream about seeing laruku too and I'm not even going to Japan!
By the way, Matsu, thanks so much for the Awake songs.
erm, I didn't upload AWAKE  I believe that was Mr.FeAr

Are you talking about the rail pass? I've been to Japan, but didn't buy the rail pass. I've heard if you're planning to catch the train a lot, that it is a good idea to get one ahead of time and it is cheaper. But maybe someone who actually bought one can give you better information...

I guess everyone here wants to watch L'Arc live, who doesn't? But it's just too troublesome! You got to get the tickets, find accomodation and spend loads of money... :shamefulcry:
Maybe when they decide to call it a day i.e. retire and perform a final tour, then will I go all out to see them for the first and last time! :metaldevil:
It will be cool if all of us here managed to meet up and go together! :fingerscrossed:
haai! i so wanna watch them live, it would be so awsome to go all together  i long for the day when i'm gonna pack my bags and go to Japan :beaten: it would be cool to go with lots of people, right now it's only me and my friend XD
all i can do right now is to watch their vids and listen to their songs over and over x]
Someday I'll make it out to see them live. I should probably plan to make it out to their show if they ever come back to the USA, even if I have to fly across the country. They came here once last August, and that was about 2-3 weeks before I ever even knew of them; so, that didn't happen.
I've always wanted to go to Japan, though, and I have 2 good friends from college that are living there now. It would be cool to go there and see L'Arc~en~Ciel and hang out with my friends, and maybe even run into one of you.
I was in Japan for 3 years.
But at this time I dunno anything about larc.
I can't remember so much but it was very expensive!
I'm little bit sad about my gradparents.
They fley to Japan without telling me T__T
I want to see them too...
Maybe they come to Germany.
Dir en grey and mucc were also here.
But I wasn't there 'cause I don't like them so much like Laruku.
To fly again to Japan would be to expensive...
Dir en grey is more popular in Germany than Laruku.
I think 80% GErmany people who listen to J-Rock are visual keis (I think them calles "visual keis" 'cause in germany we call them so).
The germans like HEAVEN'S DRIVE
It's one of my favourites.
My wish is to see Laruku in live, will be wonderful!! But I haven't any money :shamefulcry: well, I'm working for to pay my holidays in Japan and will be soon :victory:
Blade, you're lucky because you lives in Germany and could to see Dir en Grey in live.
I've never been to Japan but will be hoping to do so next June after my graduation! But unless you are fluent in Jap or are with someone that is, I think its kinda scary...
Back to why I was here...
Note to matsu: Please don't read any further. :hehe:
Some AWAKE translations I found on some forums... :victory:
By the filled waterside
someone's calling voice resounds
On the way to the quiet sleep
the drop from the sky splits the darkness
I beckon, the spiral of light, beyond there
Does a gentle future exist?
Come into the light
Is it all right to trust in those words?
Come into the light
Surely it is a dream-like world
Not even knowing the overflowing tears
protected by the throbbing
In the gentle melody
I want to keep swimming
Cold, the door of light, beyond there
Does a future without sadness exist?
Come into the light
Is it all right to trust in those words?
Come into the light
It's surely a dream-like world
Come into the light
Will I be able to encounter the distance tenderness?
Come into the light
Will I be able to sleep, while holding the joy?
Come into the light
The flame of conflict will be distinguished?
Come into the light
Surely it is a dream-like world
The swaying haze is the trace of dreams
The town, frightened by darkess, goes to sleep
The small joy on top of the rubble
I, who watch the stars, am born here
NOBODY KNOWS. NOBODY CARE
I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING TO BOMBS
Nee...to the vivid, dreaming world
It would be good if I awake and it is changing
Your town, pasted by the window
How far is it from here?
NOBODY KNOWS. NOBODY CARES.
THEY JUST TOOK EVERYTHING I HAD.
Nee..you, with the gentle smile, are here
I want to run out and enter into the picture
NOBODY KNOWS. NOBODY CARES.
I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING TO BOMBS
(Nobody knows. • Nobody cares. Donft say good bye )
Nee...the starry sky that rains down is beautiful
Because I want to show it to you one day
It would be good if I awake and it changes
To the world where conflicts have ended

‚»‚ê‚͂ƂĂà™R‚‚Ä@‚·‚®‚Ɍ͂ê‚Ä•…‚Á‚½‚æ
(real faith, my dear, is just a dream.)
Come, search for love and look
Beyond the deep forest
(real love, my dear, is not for sale.)
Even if I always strain my eyes I cannot find it
(real love, my dear, is hard to find.)
Listen, even though the world is tainted by errors
Because my hand will always hold you
Only believe in that, and it'll be fine
Finally I stretched out my hand and seized it
Happily I held it
(real faith, my dear, is far too fake.)
That's very fleeting, it will soon wither and rot
(real faith, my dear, is just a dream.)
At the time when this world will meet with happiness
If I encounter you I will never show the unceasing sadness
Where can it be...in my heart
Listen, even though the world is tainted by errors
Because my hand will always hold you
Only believe in that, and it'll be fine
Even if these feelings are thought to be lies
The radiance will always rain down upon you
Only believe in that, and it'll be fine
My dearest Ophelia – whatfs the reason for your silence?
Your lips as cold as ice@
My dearest Ophelia – will you speak to me no more?

Actually, even if you are not fluent in Japanese, it's not too bad! I only know a little Japanese, but went by myself a few years ago. By doing some research ahead of time on where things were, what stations to get off at, which trains to catch...I was able to get around ok. Most of the signs at the train station are also written in romanji and a lot of the sales people in the stores either understand or can read english, so I would just write down what I wanted, or took pictures with me and showed them that  I stayed in a big city though...It would probably be harder if you went to the country side or small town...
Note to matsu: Please don't read any further.
Thanks for the warning! I stopped reading right here :hehe: ...still resisting the call of AWAKE...can't believe I've held out this long...just a few more days (hopefully)...come on post office, bring me my album!!
Thanks pochipochi for the photos!! The cover it's really nice...and the best of the album it's a songs, I like hoshizora, as one and lost heaven. Thanks for the lyrics...(I'm translating in spanish  )
I finally got Awake off of ebay yesterday, but since I ordered it from half way around the world, it will probably take a week or two to get here. Oh well, the mp3s will hold me over until then.

Will AWAKE going to release in USA like SMILE?
Yeah, I'm sure they are going to eventually release it in the USA, but not for several months. Considering that I got it brand new and including shipping for about $20, I didn't think it was worth the wait.
Aaaaaahhh pochipochi, you're killing me! :bonk: But thanks for the images! Just makes me long for my CD to come even more...please Mr. Postman, bring me AWAKE!

Hey, that's a really good price for a new Japan CD!
And for those of you who haven't grabbed it yet, here is L'Arc~en~Ciel's performance of AS ONE on June 24 Music Fighter (credit to Big Ron on Jpopmusic forum):
