I've had Long Islands loaded with so much alcohol, the bartender didn't have any room to put the soda in it...just a spritz.

nice find Tu. i haven't had sake for over 3 months, which was my going away party with friends in san diego. i'll definitely try those when i get back in 2 days.

i had a bottle of corona for our pre-superbowl party. but nothing compares to my homemade sangria, which i also miss dearly.

Being allergic to alcohol I guess I wont be stopping in much. The most exciting thing I drink is fresh squeezed juice. :omg:

My favorite elixir has to be the strawberry boba tea! I am addicted to the tapicoa pearls in my drink! The place where I go get this drink is somewhere in Chinatown, I think Mott street! Anyways, the boba tea there is pretty good! Most of the time I just geta regular milkshake but if I can, I will get the boba tea!

My favorite *alcoholic * drink happens to be Bicardi Silver.
Nothing special there...

I've tried a lot of good ($35 - $60 /bottle) tequila.

Most of these I don't know the brand name, just recognize the bottle! :drink: :hehe:

Some have been surprises. For example, Cabo Wabo was better than expected.

It's important to note that there are different tequilas with varying flavors, just like there are different style Scotches.

Also, if you're making a blended drink like a margarita, you don't need top end tequila. Jose Cuervo 1800, which was slammed up above, would work fine for a margarita. Nonetheless, I do agree that it is not worthy straight.

Tequila! :drink:

Yes, using top shelf tequila to mix drinks is an utter waste... as well as doing shots with good liquor, you barely get the taste of thegood stuff and

and for goodness sake people, the lime/salt aftermath, keep that for the $8.00/bottle ralphs brand tequila.

echo ---> Tequila! :drink:

Doesn't sound good to me at all - I like my coffee strong, black, no sugar.

probably...some creme added in it, first time i tried this japanese white coffee drink was in Akihabara, it's not that cheap at $1.88 for a small 6.70oz can, but it is good and i rarely buy it.
