Really? Weird.

Unless it's a dark roast coffee. Dark roast have less caffeine than light roast. It tastes stronger, but it's not. :)

I'm addicted to caffeine. If I don't drink coffee or tea everyday I have terrible headaches. :ashamed:

:hehe:

I don't drink too much of it, so it's not so bad. I can't do anything in the morning without coffee. It can be good for the body too. Green tea has antioxidants and coffee may help prevent colon cancer. Probably causes more problems though...

you're absolutely right....if you drink it in moderation it does have therapeutic properties...you'll probably doing yourself a favor!

dood, if you drink gallons of green tea...you'd be really helpin' yourself out...that stuff is probably the healthiest beverage you can drink!

there's this brand that i usually get these days, about weekly, i will try to consume the green tea big bottle, from Mitsuwa/Marukai, and at $3 for 65 ounces, that is not bad.

that's great...you're doing yourself a favor drinking that...with all the polyphenols and catechins green tea has....it helps protect against free radical damage.

i have been woefully inconsistent in the amount i drink...oh well!

at times i will go for those other expensive japanese drinks, coffee drinks, but rather go for those than regular soda. I rarely drink that stuff, and besides it's loaded with sugar.
