I think I tried champagne only once... :ashamed:

I've been addicted to this stuff lately. Aloe vera juice.

Aloe vera juice?

Well I heard of Aloe Vera served as a dessert, but I have never heard of the drink. Is it naturally sweet?
28 Aug 2007, 09:46 #1403
Probably not. It kind of taste a bit like white grapes (thanks to added flavor), it's sweet and not acid, but they added a few things in it to sweet it up.

Ingredients: Aloe vera gel, aloe vera gel powder, fructose, honey, citric acid, gellan gum, grape flavor, citamin c, malto-dextrin, water. 75 calories/180ml.

I bet, as is, it probably tastes nothing.

:hehe: Yea, as is, it probably has no taste, but apparently it's really good for you. Not only does it soothe the external skin, but is able to rejuvenate our internal cells. Lame advertisement. I'll stop now....

But I will try this drink for sure.

:hehe: You should read what they posted on the producer's website OKF Corp.

improve blood circulation, prevents coronary heart disease, relieves gastrointestinal problems, works as an antioxidant, aids in digestion, aids in kidney and liver functions, prevent hair loss, constipation and unpleasant breath, fatigue recovery, weight loss, the strengthening of joints and cancer fighting, improve the immune system function, promote skin health, and protect the cardiovascular system.

Sounds like snake oil to me.

Isn't that on the ingredient list under "miscellaneous concoctions?" :beaten:

The Mucopolysaccarides of Aloe Vera are known to have some powerful healing properties actually but I strongly doubt the extraction process and amount in that drink are enough to really help out the user very much.

Yeah... probably have to drink 50 gallons a day.

Something like that. :hehe: I mean "prevent hair loss", yeah right. So it modifies your genes and testosterone levels??? and I doubt with all the added sugar (fructose and honey) you can lose weight.

Ours tastes like it's made from old coffee filters found at the dump. A big can for $8 at costco. Decaf!!! How the hell are we suppose to wake up on decaf. :shakehead:

Instead, I spend $50 a week at the coffee shop downstairs. :pout:

ours is $10 A BOX of 50 2oz packets.

What you need to do is take the $50 get a dripper for your desk and get good coffee and charge people $2.00 a mug, that should recoup your dripper cost after a bit.

Then you can occasionally go down there and check on the barista to see if she's single once in a while.
