my ex-gf could read almost an entire book in one day, while it would take me weeks if not months to finish one. I am still reading Salaryman's wife - Sujata Massay (mystery novel), and it has been over a month, but i am one quarter finished so far.

I am also studying japanese grammar/workbook/kana characaters

haha i sure hope ur ex-gf reads the HP books in a day and not the C++ book im also reading!! :hehe: yea i read both 1 and 2 in a day each... im a pretty fast reader and the first two were short... but now i need to spend more time doing C++ (what am i doing on jdorama.com, you ask? i do not know)... and so less time for reading for fun. :shamefulcry: but my goal is to finish all six harry potter books by next week! :woot:

ooooh good book? i need to study some japanese too... mmm... but programming... :shamefulcry:

I read either 3 or 4 Harry Potter books back to back after I finally saw The Prisoner of Azkaban on my last flight to Japan. To tell you the truth now when I see the films on TV I can't remember one book plot from the next. They were all good, but I should never have read them so close together.

i bought one on japanese character writing, Hiragana/Katakana
one on gramar, and i just bought another one that is a workbook and is a little easier than the grammar one i bought.
1 book a day! , i would be lucky if i finished in a couple of weeks, or a month. :hehe:
