O good. He needs some serious stability. Poor little guy. How is he behaving in school?

Mrs A.D. doesn't say much. I get the feeling he's barely manageable in class, but out of control out of it.

I could tell you some truly sickening things about some of her previous students, but I won't.. too sad...

Damn. Talk about a f-up family. :bleh: Poor kid and poor teachers too.

I'm really hoping that our new engineering manager will provide the necessary buffer zone...

He seems like a nice enough guy... And he likes Clapton and Cream. :victory:

We have grade 8 parents night (of prospective students). We always put up displays and answer questions. Get numbers is verra important to run our program. It just sucks that this night fell on the day we had our Fieldtrip. I'm dead tired.

so we had a meeting today w/ the head honchos from my new corp office. I can already feel the CBS (Corporate Bovine Scatism to the uninitiated) flowing from the division COO.

The benefits are pretty damn good, the company is stable, publically traded, mentioned in Forbes numerous times in the last 4 years... but I dont think i can work the galley manning an oar to get this beast of a company moving. The only thing missing is the guy beating the drums... it's quiet, BS certificates of acheivement all over everyone's walls, no one talks, and it's like working in a funeral parlor.

monster.com here I come.

oh yeah, the meeting ran 1.5 hrs OVER, i left late and we aren't getting OT for the time spent... and i'm already short on time for our current project that's due next week, that got dumped on us yesterday.
