I think number 4 (your boss is ineffectual) might apply.

Unfortunately, I can't go over my boss' head, 'cause she's the president of the company...

And as ineffectual as G-Dubya.

Yeah, i'm in the same boat. Boss is also partner in the business :(

I discovered today that pressing ctrl + alt + down arrow on our comps will flip the display upside down! Lots of fun for the unsuspecting :P

Bah! Mr. anal deaf guy came in today. I really can't stand that person and I honestly wish he would go elsewhere. I can totally understand if he were nice about things, but he's so abrupt and rude and just plain impatient and anal about EVERYTHING. Get a grip a$$hole. If you don't like how things are done in Hawaii, go back to wherever the hell you came from. :usuck:

People like that always get me wound up. The custoers/patients that come here are usually laid-back and really nice, so when some jerk comes in the office, it's so unusual that I have to just bitch about it.

And thanks for the pepper spray, beem. Too bad I couldn't use it in the office. Unfortunately, I think it would be bad for business. :bonk:

cori, John Cleese had a comedy show in the '70s called Fawlty Towers Have you ever seen it? There's an episode with a customer that's hard of hearing and it's hilarious!!!

YAY FER US!

And I'm SO thankful for it. This past week has been a hard one. For starters, I have two really needy kids that are draining me dry every morning, so that by the time I hit the afternoon, I'm out of it. On Wednesday we had a P.D. session and after that I had to visit another school for a workshop. I didn't get home until 10pm. Then the next day was commencement and I was giving out an award, so I could leave early. I ended up getting home around 10 again. Then today I had to sumbit marks with comments in order to clear up the weekend. I'm zonked.

And of course, having to face teenagers 24/7 when I'd rather sleep isn't great either.

So yea, I'm VERY thankful that I get a three day break.
