i've got a phone interview tomorrow, im already terrified/nervous... if that goes well, i go in for a 3 hour formal interview w/ a bunch of the Cs.

not really, my title will actually be less than what I am now, but i'll get a small bump in pay... and they're fairly insulated against market fluctuations.
