Cause, seriously.. nothing can beat that piece of crap.

I've heard it's bad, but not disgustingly vile like SOS. Hey, Tackey isn't in it, so it's gotta be better huh?

Back on topic: To provide more proof (as if we needed it) that I work for clueless idiots, we had a meeting yesterday about what to do if we get a bomb threat call. When the call comes in, we're supposed to ask:[/list:u] 1) Where is the bomb located? [/list:u] 2) What time is the bomb to go off? [/list:u] 3) What does the bomb look like? (there was a lot of general laughter when he read that one)[/list:u] 4) Where are they calling from? [/list:u] 5) Who are they? [/list:u] While doing all that, we're supposed to contact a supervisor ("Excuse me Mr. Mad Bomber, can I put you on hold while I get a supervisor?") [/list:u] Who comes up with this stuff? :shakehead:

Somebody complain about work.

There are plenty of idiots in the criminal world, so you never know, but I doubt anyone smart enough to make a bomb would be dumb enough to answer any of those questions, especially #5. I can also imagine the elevator music that plays over the phone while the mad bomber is put on hold.

I've watched four episodes, but then I started downloading all teh soft subs instead of the hardsubs, which is why I stopped watching for a bit. The server I download from only had the softies, which are easier to download for me.

My sis finished downloading while I was in Paris. I think she's seen up to epi 9. I don't believe she was impressed.

Lot of crap happening at work -- stuff lost in the mail and we have to reorder, people coming in when their appointment was for next week and griping to me like it's my fault, and some other crap here and there. I wanna go home already. :puppydog:

Awwww. :patpat:

Just think of Shiro-kun and how naughty he's been, and I'm sure the time will go by quicker.

Or just put the "closed" sign up in the window. ;)

If I thought of Shiro-sama, I'd never get any work done. :beaten:

I wish I could put the "closed" sign up, but we don't have one. :(

But now I'm done with work, so I can stop bitching about it. :D

I have an interview with a headhunter next Monday ... not that this will go anywhere but when they called me, I said yes immediately, which says a lot about my attachment to my current company

You know it's going to be a tough phone call when you ring a customer in response to a fax and ask for Muhammed, and the guy on the phone says "Which Muhammed?" :hehe:

Off topic, but it reminds me of the time my dad (who is Scottish) was at a function at the local German Club. He went to the bar and ordered two beers. The barmaid looked at him blankly and said "Sorry sir, I don't speak German"
