And that's being nice.

Yep. Freaker sweared at me and called me a f**king idiot. THAT, was the last I could take. No more......

yeah, thanks. Wish me luck on the job search first.
No one should have taken that crap from anyone one, you did the right thing in walking away and quiting. I would have done the same, except in my case my former **!#@# :grumble: boss gave me the boot and i was outta there. :beaten: Rewarded for my hard efforts at work and i get this kind of S**t. Anyways new year new opportunities for all of us, especially those who are searching for employment. :fingerscrossed:

that's uncalled for in a professional environment. if you had witnesses, you should file something against his sorry azz. good luck w/ your other jobs.

qilver: i wish you good luck in your job search as well. i've helped some of my friends with their resumes and job searches. it's a hard thing to do, but still not a reason to stay at a job that sucks.

It's a good idea, but would the co-workers back up him up, knowing that their jobs would most likely be on the line as well? Tough situation.

so true. i've seen it first-hand. where a mgr will get away with certain actions because subordinates are unwilling to 'rock the boat'. it doesn't surprise me when i hear about violence in the workplace or lawsuits against companies. it's almost as if that's the only thing that will create changes.

Yeah, diplomacy can only go so far. And most of these idiots won't listen until you smack 'em with a rolled up newspaper...

yup. at least i don't need to deal w/ none of that at my new workplace. much better environment. i'm sure ahochaude can say the opposite about leaving his old place. haven't heard too much from him recently. AC, i hope the new year's bringing in some good luck for you, man!

Leaving that hell-hole is a step in the right direction, for sure.

The First day of work for 2005. Remarkably similar to every work day in 2004 Especially all the other Monday's. :puppydog: :shamefulcry:

ha, ha! i totally agree with that! don't seem any different except for the fact that everyone's asking for liquid paper (white-out for writing 2004 instead of 2005).
