TANG: congratulations to you for meeting the cute guy. please do not give him a wedgie (or whatever it was) that you give to your brother.

sodesuka: man, you are DOWNTRODDEN. i'm sure you must have it pretty bad right now. but if you take your own philosophy of negativity, then it's quite possible that someone else has it worse than you - and probably not even know it - so cheer up. at least you KNOW your work sucks.

I have two witnesses. The Assistant Branch Manager and the Operations Officer. As bmw said, I'm not sure if they would validate any complaint I made against the manager.... but then again, the manager talks to the Operations Officer in the same tone, at times. Even others, except for his "pets". *heh* I keep in touch with my old co-workers. Good friends, we are. Two girls, same age was I. I've known one since about 5 years ago. They've told me that things haven't changed since I left and spoken to the HR head regarding my concerns. My next step is to go to the CEO of the company. My manager/friend at LV advised me to do so. As she is the store manager, she said that'll really shake things up for him (my old boss). Heh, and to think. I have 5 pages of documentation of what he said to me. From different incidents, mind you........

I planned to call the CEO tomorrow. F**k my old boss. By his actions, it had a domino effect on my work performance there. And he has the nerve to blame it on my other jobs and not by his actions. Since he put me in somewhat a financial hardship, hopefully by calling the CEO tomorrow, I can do the same to him.
(IMO) He doesn't deserve to be in the position he is in as Branch Manager.

Good luck with that. That jerk shouldn't be able to get away with that shit. Serves him right if his heads rolls...

well, the main thing is that you don't work there anymore. just be aware that filing something might not do anything. i'm not trying to discourage you, but let me say this: a few years ago, our entire group (10+ people) filed a complaint w/ the HR of our large company. in short, pretty much NOTHING happened. our boss wasn't fired, disciplined or anything. i left, and about a year later, my boss retired. in my opinion, it was a HUUUGE risk taken by that large corporation. if there was some type of workplace violence or incident, and they found records of that complaint, i'm pretty sure there would have been grounds for a giant lawsuit.

one of my friends that works in the HR dept of a hotel here in hawaii said the same thing. there were a few times that they received complaints against mgrs/supervisors, and nothing much happens after that.

Yeah, I know nothing happened. I told the HR head and all but he's still acting the same way. Idk. I don't think anythings gonna change even if I speak to the CEO. But hey, I've got nothing to lose anyway.

It's the guy from Abarenbo Shogun, Matsudaira Ken.
He's known as Matsu Ken since he started his singing career. Ask Betsy, she knows more about it than I do. :hehe:
