A higher quality version of the SP is now at d-addicts. It's been a long time since seeing the 5th greatest actress of all time. :woot:

I read somewhere on a japanese rumour bbs that aya was part of Sokagakkai but then again, the list also had names like tina turner and stevie wonder lol, doesn't sound very legit to me :shakehead:

I found some information on possibly a new special drama of Aya. :victory:
It's called "Wachigaiya Itosato ~Onnatachi no Shinsengumi~" (—ֈቮŽ…—¢ `—’B‚̐Vï‘g`)
based on Asada Jirou's 2004 novel of the same name.
Apparently its a periodical drama.
here's a little synopsis i found on the net:

Itosato is Tenjin(American term of Geisha?) in Shimabara. She is in love with Hijikata Toshizo and Hijikata seems to love her too.
One day, Serizawa asked Hijikata to give up Itosato and Hijikata decided to use her for his plan of assassination of Serizawa.

Hope its true, sounds interesting :woot:

Thanks Hanzo.. Trying to DL one Higher than that.. the 2Gig version.. But it's going slow.. at least this one is going fast.

ok back on topic, when does aya's new drama Ri Kouran, that she was filming before the attention please special, start showing?
i wanna see it soooo badly! looks interesting. is it actually a series or a one off long drama? i'm still a bit hazy about that, or maybe its a two parter type thing....
