I dled ep 7-9 when they just came out but never had time to watch 'em 'til yesterday. This drama is definitely the most poignant drama i've ever watched in my life >__<. The first one that makes me shed a tear :shamefulcry: .

I like Ryo in this drama better than in Gambatte Ikimashoi. You can say that part of the reason i want to watch this drama is because of him. Every single actor and actress in this drama is really doing his and her best. :puppydog:

I really feel the passion when watch this drama. Everyone owns sth that others want. Things that we have now are treasure. We only the value when we lose 'em. Let's treasure what we have because you'll never know what tomorrow will be like and perhaps it'll be too late when u realize what you've lost. Sometimes we might find that jealous feeling but even the people whom u are jealous, even those u think are the "perfect ones" have their weakness and their own desire too. No one is perfect in this world.

I learn a lot from this drama ^^

Some ppl might find it's sad for Aya to die but if she is cured in the end, i dont think that would make the drama a good one.

When I first watched this drama, i thought Ryo was a real person, but later on figured out he's just a fiction character whom Aya's real mother asked the director to put him in since Aya never had the chance to experience true love. Speaking of which , I wonder if there's really true love in this world. Someone like Ryo in this drama :crazy:

Im just wondering this thing... I watched 1 rittoru no namida special with K and Sawajiri Erika, and K told he watches 1 rittoru... but then he said that he doesnt understand japanese very well yet :crazy: He is not japanese then?

the day i watched the 10th episode [RAW] i cried so hard my head hurts
its incredible. My nihongo is very limited yet i felt deeply & understood the message being conveyed. Language is certainly not a barrier in this case. They have successfully bring Aya's words to live.

He's korean, but debuted in Japan, some sort of strategy made by his company........

hihi Kiwi...glad u loved this drama, this drama is so meaningful which is why it's my fave drama of 2005....I've never really paid much attention to Ryo before this...but he's a really good actor...in the crying scenes, he didn't lose out to Erika and I think we all know how good a actress Erika is...Yep I think if Aya is cured, the whole drama becomes so cliche, not that I want her to die but the storyline has been leading up to that....It's quite true that when u realised u're on the verge of losing something, u treasure it more...like Aya, she probably used to take walking and running for granted, now she's happy to just stand up on her own feet...as for Haruto, I'm not sure, he's so perfect in this drama I don't think someone like him could exist....Maybe I'm just too much of a cynic.....and episode 10 will soon be out in a few days' time...time for me to cry again :shamefulcry:

He's from News and Kanjani 8...I think he's meant to play a sad character....he just has this brooding face that seems to say "I'm so sad, life is so hopeless, comfort me" okok that's the fangirl in me speaking...anyway glad u loved this drama too....it's my fave drama of 2005!!

yep, this is one of my favorite dramas of the year...asian drama in general. i first watched this because of ryo (i'm a big fan of NEWS and K8 and more so of Ryo)...but now i'm big fan of the drama and Erika Sawajiri. i also think the Riko Narumi (Ako) is a really good actress too. my favorite parts, of course, are the ones with Haruto+Aya.

i'm looking forward to dramas with Ryo, Erika Sawajiri, and Riko Narumi.

also, erika sawajiri is in the movie Shinobi. has anyone seen it and is it good. it looked like she died in there.

if you watch any perfs or clips of ryo (in real life), his personality is actually that of a cool and maybe meanie on the outside but he's really nice on the inside. he's a lot like haruto but sometimes i think he's a little more like a bully than haruto who is not really a bully at all but just lonely. both Ryo and Haruto are truly nice on the inside. i love ryo the most (of all Johnny boys)...
