Nodame Cantabile

atskv9 wrote:I know I should be posting over at DA about this, but I don't want to run into any spoilers.... Anyone know if the 1024x768 RAW version works with the softsubs?

I asked the opposite question earlier over at D-A for the 704x396 raws... And the subs are fine with both. :) :victory:

Thanks guys

I'll enjoy watching Juri in higher resolution :beaten:

Cool.

Though it's in that funky x264 format.

What's wrong with it? I watched a whole series in that format and everything seemed to work out for me =T

It's not compatible with standalone DVD players, since they support DivX and xVid... :)

Not a problem for me since I do all my watching on my computer :ashamed:

That's true for most, but I like watching the stuff on my big TV. :victory:

For those of us poor college students, I think my 15.4" laptop will suffice

...One day though, I'll have myself a big TV and shall watch my dramas there

Enjoy!! :victory:

I don't suppose theres ant Romanian speakers here that are willing to help me translate the series in Romanian... :puppydog:

Its all part of my super long and ingenious plan...

Let me explain ...

I translate all of the series and the special (will take me about a year....since my Romanian is not entirely all that good though I'm hoping to finish in a few months) and make my mother watch it. then when she finishes I suggest we take our next holiday in Berlin (which is on the 4th of April since thats when I get a break from college), and her being the good wife she is will convince my father...

This way I will enjoy many orchestra visits whilst they wonder about in Berlin appreciating the architecture...(so I hope, so far it looks bleak as I have to finish translating before march 15 giving my mother enough time to convince my father to buy the holiday there so that I can just go home on the 4th of April and go to Berlin [At the moment I'm studying in London I live in Romania though])

Well, any takers?

...you could just go up to your mom and say "Can we go to Berlin next year?" and save yourself the headache! :hehe:

Or, you could go over to the Fansubber's section over at D-Addicts and post up a recruitment page for this very job. I'm sure you'd possibly find someone there (no guarantees, but better than asking the crowd directly):

There's gotta be some Romanian Jdrama or JEnt fansites out there... I'd say those could be a possibility if the fansub request doesn't work at DA. :victory:
