Attack No.1 [アタック No.1]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
I am one of those people that watched this drama because of their inner love for volleyball and therefore had great expectations from it. It was a let down as the characters were pretty tiring sometimes and the story was lacking quite a lot. It was, however still enjoyable so it would be a pity for volleyball lovers such as myself not to watch this.
Gokusen [ごくせん]
Rating: 7/10 (Watched)
It was entertaining, liked the first season the most but then it just kept on dragging. Still fun though.
GTO [麻辣教師]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
My first Japanese drama. Had the luck to pick one of the best as my first.
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
It had some really hilarious parts, so the comedy pretty much worked out greatly. The only problem I had was with the actress and the plot really, which is so absurd, it can be considered funny as well.
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [1リットルの涙]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
And one litre of tears I cried indeed.
LIFE [ライフ]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
Very intriguing drama I must say with lots of talented actors. The manga was more extreme, but I daresay the drama did justice to it.
My Boss, My Hero [マイボスマイヒロ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
Funniest Jdrama ever made.
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース]
Rating: 5/10 (Watched)
The idea of Nobuta was great as true friendship is the one that must be valued the most. Yet, I haven't seen such bad acting in ages, everybody was trying to act in an original way but they just looked like idiots at the end. The overacting, the exaggerations, everything was just too over the top, in a very amateurish way. Yet, I still think the idea behind Nobuta was great, it was the execution of it that went wrong.
Orthros no Inu [オルトロスの犬]
Rating: 5/10
Very poor execution. They honestly tried too hard to induce a cool/intellectual atmosphere but everyone with half a brain can see how irrealistic most scenes were. Though, again good idea behind the series just very very poor execution.
Unubore Deka [うぬぼれ刑事]
Rating: 4/10 (Watched)
Tomoya is the only thing that prevents me from giving this drama a 2. This man, can make even the worst piece of junk seem funny. *Bows to his awesomness*
Yankee-kun to Megane-chan [ヤンキー君とメガネちゃん]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
It followed the manga pretty accurately. I loved the actors, they were brilliant. It wasn't as funny as the manga of course, but it was great nonetheless.
Zeni Geba [銭ゲバ]
Rating: 10/10 (Watched)
Now this is a drama, that is deliciously satisfying my appetite for intelligent plots. Kenichi was simply brilliant here.
Zettai Kareshi [絶対彼氏]
Rating: 8/10
It is so much better than the manga, which was pretty awful. The actors were fantastic.
