Well, I DID make a poll by posting a new topic under this thread, and Tulipsuki even got to vote on it, but after like a minute or so the topic merged with this thread and the poll just went poof. Gomen.

I noticed that too, but I just deny it since it breaks my heart Stupid Light. Hehehe. But don't you think it's Ryuk's fault too, for dropping the Death Note in the Human world and awakening Light's intentions of creating a new world no matter what?

Yeap, I did read the manga. And found Ryuk REAL cute xDDD so I don't really want to blame him. I want to put all the blame on Light. Don't you feel the same way too?

Even in the second DN movie, I love Ryuk for pleasurably writing Light's name. I loved the look on Light's face when he saw his own name in the notebook and how he looked at Ryuk with eyes filled with disbelief, but all Ryuk did was to fly off somewhere else, laughing. Even when Light promised to show him something interesting, Ryuk just laughed it off, saying "I've already seen enough." xDDDDDD

And yes, Ryuk is the STUPID catalyist that turns the world upside down. Basically, he wanted everyone on earth to kill each other because he was "bored". Pretty disgusting if you ask me.

However, altho i dont particularly care for the shingami, the other one (white one, i foget his name) seemed kinda nice. Light said he was the sentimental shingami or something like that. However, after watch DN2, everyone will see how his personality links with the story. Again, we can see how crudely evil Light is.

there is a 3rd DN movie, its currently being shot. it's a prequel, how L got to the whammy house and how he solved the hmm.... i forgot the case name but they were the murder cases where he worked with ray penbar's fiancee. I think it's title is Death Note 3: A different note not so sure though.

was anyone else scared when Light told Ryuk to write everyone's name down and then Ryuk was like "okay." Then to me, it seemed like Light was going to turn this over and win, killing everyone in the room except L. But then I was totally satisfied when it turned out that Ryuk wrote Light's name instead. ONe crazy movie! Btw, does anyone know why Ryuk put LIght's name down instead of helping him?

I think Ryuk no longer found Light interesting, but just plain evil. Or maybe he knew how much longer Light's lifespan is, so he decided to add it to his own lifespan. OR, he probably didn't like it that Light thinks he is just a pet.

In my opinion, I think the live action's ways of solving things are pretty bad, really!

Ryuk dropped the note on earth on purpose, he wanted to see how Human act with it. and he also promised that he would not do anything, just watch, but in the end he broke that promise, he could just watch the end and left like the manga. Light's plan for the end was so much better in the manga, it was about 99% sure he would success, but well, he felt into that 1%. the end of the live action was just weird. Light was so pathetic in the end, asked Ryuk to do the job.

I haven't read the manga or finish watching all of the anime. Up to 25 is where i am at. But i think the live action is better. . The ending just amazed me and it left me with a feeling. There better be a third one or i'm going to be piss.

As in a prequel? There probably isn't going to be a sequel. And there's no way we'd see L and Light face off ever again
