Me I am divorced a long time now. My marriage lasted 2-1/2 years. Nice guy and we are still friends, but I just should not have married him.

Just curious any people here who are married..any comments or advice for us single folks?

Any thoughts on marriage...good, bad or indifferent?????

do plan to find my girl and get married in the next years .... else my parents will be on my ass ... :hehe:

thoughts on marriage, my other post on relationships should have gone here instead...i forgot what i wrote. I am not married and have no personal experiences to add here, so i wouldn't know where to begin. All my comments and opinions are based off outside observations and from my dating relationships. All i know is that it takes a great amount of commitment and dedication to make a marriage strong and last, BUT it does take both people working together. A marriage needs a strong foundation, which is ideal, but not always the case. No marriage, i can imagine is perfect, but both people need to acknowledge each other in a marriage and respect each other, and grow together. There are many things in a marriage that the two must have, to make a loving marriage work. All I know is that is a big step from just a dating intimate relationship and a Marriage. I have yet to see what it is like being Married.

about getting on you, they'll get on your butt about something one way or another, it doesn't have to be about getting married or not. :victory:

i have trouble with relationships in general, i highly doubt i'd ever get married. lol

at least my orchids wont nag/yell@ me... except when they're thirsty.

yeah, relationships can be complicated, and to be free and single does have it's advantages, but i would say that dating can be fun and nice.

marriage is a whole new level and a big jump in commitment.

yeah, that is a good way to look at it. But, hard to see when just outta a long term relationship. But there are a lot of nice girls out there... :hehe: :woot:

here's to the upcoming dating scene, kinda scary, but yet exciting.... :bonk:

knowing me, even if there was 30 women on the island with me... i'd be hiding in a tree, watching doramas, anime and movies on a solar powered laptop...

then when the laptop dies, i'd eventually head towards the women, but by that time, they'd all be lesbians and have no interest in me. :puppydog:

i think that i would honestly love the attention from all the girls, but wouldn't know what to do after awhile, since dating one girl would be tough with the other 29 getting jealous. :hehe:

over thirty and not married, pressures on, either way, single searching and somewhat happy, or with someone.....
