The 3x 200GBs that I have're stacked together in a cage, while the 300GB, and 2 burners're stacked together. Stacking the 200GBs're fine, but stacking the burners and 300GB is a pretty bad idea. Damn heat traverses up from the HD, and into the burners, and on top of that, the two burners're burning, so it's generating so much heat that I can barely touch the drives. When those dvds're done burning, I reckon they're like 130-140 degrees F.

Making me think about building my own computer from the grounds up so that nothing is stacked on top of each other.. *sigh.....

atleast your optical drive is better than mine. when mine gets hot, i get crc errors when reading dvds

@bmwracer: have u installed SP2? it has a popup blocker built-in and it does a good job with it.

Do you have any spyware detection programs installed? If not, try one of the freebie ones I used above...

I had the same problem: if the program is running, you can't delete it using the Task Manager. You have to either boot up into DOS or into Safe Mode and delete that file or files.

Than after a normal boot, search the registry for any references to that file and delete 'em. But backup the registry first, just in case you delete the wrong file or something.

I am currently using Spyware Blaster and Adaware (Lavasoft version?).
The Adaware doesn't pick up the adware whenever I utilize the scan. Only Norton does.
This is a fairly recent problem as I've had Adaware installed for over a year already in which I've not had any problems.

Also I'm setting up and networking 7 Dell PC's took 6 hours to catalog the S/N's and write down all the info and set it up.

today is networking day :D

Good.

I'm using no less than three spyware programs: Spybot, Ad-Aware, and Spywareblaster...

There's a new one from Microsoft that's supposed to be very good and is currently in beta testing, called Anti-Spyware. You can download the beta from Microsoft and try it out... It requires IE6, though.
