I guess after I called and complained, someone showed up at my door with the monitor at 8PM... And the box was beat to hell: dirty, torn, and dented.

The monitor works, but I don't know for how long: the case has a four-inch long dent on the front bezel....

Needless to say, I e-mailed the seller for an exchange.

Unfortunately, I have this mean streak of honesty, so I'll tell the seller they made a mistake... Besides, they weren't at fault: it was FedEx taht botched things.

I could be an "We're sorry we screwed up" gift from either FedEx or the online store. :headscratch: If you weren't charge for it, you should keep it. Now, you only need to buy a new video card with dual monitor output. :)
