Argh, spent most of the day trying to get my niece's laptop straightened out: her wireless stuff has malfunctioned as well as the ability to burn cds... I really hate Windows XP. :grumble:

Looks like I'll have to back everything up, reformat the drive, and reinstall everything. :bleh:

Even the "Help and Support" in XP doesn't work.

Piece of crap. :cursing:

Been setting up a toolchain and trying to compile a kernel this weekend. Didn't have the greatest time :grumble: but I'm all set now

...and I can't even install the video card driver on my Linux box. :ashamed:

6G wont be out for at least 10 months, being the 5G's barely came out.. im pretty happy with my 5G, i can use it as a flashlight.. :hehe:

Oke, time to make a topic about purchases. It's nice to see what other people get, maybe you get inspired. I did some heavy shopping today, I bought myself the following:

New videocard with 256MB RAM and is AGP 8x. Finally I can play some good games :P

And I added 256MB's of RAM which makes a total of 512 now. yay.

though, i'll admit that i put 10 months without much thought, but the 5Gs were released around the Paris Expo, so a 6G could be around early summer, my uneducated guess would be Paris again... since the SF Expo past already.
