back to the point, i'm still not extremely crazy about hana but i'm getting less suicidal for sure...
no matter what, he'll beat the crap out of that taiwanese jerry guy anytime. that's the only saving grace!
still, i was really hoping he'll get a much more challenging act after his great job with tokyo tower. i wasn't expecting a stereotype teens romance. you girls wanna convince me why hana is a great 'next step' for him? :hehe:
Well, I'm glad you're getting "less suicidal", lol.
I wish that Jun would do something more challenging too (like Nino in
Ao no Honoo), but it's hard to get out of the teenage niche when you're as pretty as Jun at his age. ^^
But
Hanadan could be the 'next step' because:
The character has
many different sides and personailities to him. He can be charming, rude, arrogant, an airhead, dense (like he doesn't understand jokes and stuff sometimes ), violent, powerful, sweet, caring, egotistical, devoted, funny, playful, sad, heroic, angsty, gentle, even intelligent, etc. etc.
We may not get to see all of that, though, depending on how it's directed. But if they keep the character as it is in the story, I think Jun will have a lot of faces and emotions to work with as an actor.
There's a bit of a sadistic villain/bully side to the character that we haven't quite seen Jun perform yet... probably the closest thing would be Tokyo Tower...
As for the curly hair thing, I'm looking forward to seeing a new style from Jun! :P The outrageous clothing and hair from HYD is so funny and adds another comic sense to the series because it's very 80s, which is probably what the manga-ka wanted. XD

Yes, I get the feeling we may have to wait long time... :shamefulcry:
