Oh dang it. That's the episode we got up here on KTSF last night. The club sand. and the California Roll.

Which I guess means we won't be getting the earlier ones... and oh yeah... no subtitles.

As I mentioned before, we didn't have subs on the earlier episodes either... Then all of a sudden, poof! subs... :)

BMW,

Yeah, but there's the rub.

If we were working off the same copy then there would be hope that we'd get subs a few weeks in, the same as you did.

But since we're both watching the same episodes... I guess the folks who provided the series to your station arranged for subs... and the folks providing KTSF's copy didn't.

Dotch is on Sunday nights, and TTV provides the Sunday night programing for KTSF. And as a rule, they don't subtitle their shows.

Oh well.

Misunderstanding: we're not watching the same episodes... I was just commenting on Dochira's description of the episode he was watching...

If I remember correctly, it's shown in SoCal on Saturdays, and up here on Sundays.

I was wondering, who didn't get to eat on the episode from the North? Just curious.

I'm not sure what her name is, Kiniko something?? She seems to be a regular on the show and other game shows as well. She looked upset since the other "club sandwichers" left her all alone.

Edit: I did some research and found her name, Isono Kiriko. I was close, I guess...

Not to worry. :)

Hmm, I am curious to see how far behind you guys are in terms of episodes... So far, none of the episodes sounds familiar...

It was sorta cool to see them turn those little bite-sized pieces of mochi into rice crackers...

Is that where rice crackers originate from?
