Too much eye makeup... Not very natural looking.

Oh man, ChoyBoi's not doing his job....

Today's competitors: Simmered Hamburger vs. Chicken Tatsuta-Age...

Gotta go with the deep fried chicken... The simmered hamburger is weird...

Speaking of weird, I can't tell if that one taster is a effeminate guy or an ugly girl...

And there's a different SMAP guy... :beaten:

Chicken Tatsuta-Age wins, 4-3. :woot:

Gomen!... :beaten: I worked on my car all day long today. Totally forgot about the show. Shame on me, but I did catch most of it. I figured since I didnt post at the beginning of the show, you would "get my back".... :hehe: I noticed they traded one Smap for another Smap member. Now they got the dude that never smiles...

LOL, that's exactly what I call him: the unhappy SMAP guy. :hehe:

I wonder what happened to the old SMAP guy (Kusanagi?) anyway. I kinda liked him.

I tried getting into this show the past few Sundays...but I can't seem to do it. Maybe it's because I don't like cooking?

NOOOOOO!!!...... :beatyou: Maybe you're too concentrated on decrypting the subtitles... :hehe:
9 Apr 2005, 07:34 #350
Subtitles? What subtitles? There aren't any English subtitles on KTSF for Dotch...but there are plenty of the kanji flashes. Maybe that's what you meant.... :hehe:

Maybe I'll give it another try....

How sad, no subtitles.... Now I think I understand your position....

Yeah, kind of. I am studying Japanese, so I do try to watch shows without subtitles to see how much I comprehend.

Hmmm...you mentioned "decrypting." Are the subtitles you get kind of Engrish-like?

HAHA....if you mean correct english, it is all grammatically correct. None of that stuff that makes no sense...

:hehe: Good, I hate to see Engrish for an episode called "Pigs in a Blanket".

Actually the subs are pretty good... We didn't start getting the subs until recently... I sorta watched here and there, but once the subs showed up, I'm there all the time... :D

Argh...Sundays are usually subtitle free on KTSF. I think it's because those that can understand Japanese fully don't want to see English subtitles. I used to watch Fujisankei News Express every morning, but they got rid of the subtitles for that reason. There's no way in hell I can keep up with news reporters.... :puppydog:

Don't lose hope: KTSF might be using/sharing the same video that we're using down here, so eventually the subs will show up...

I never expected to see subs, then I was pleasantly surprised. :D

Hopefully.... =T I would like to know what they're saying.... I don't know how they'd share the same video though?

Hmm, "sharing" isn't the right word.... More like using the same source... Just like you guys have Yoshitsune as do we, but you're ahead by a couple of episodes, ne? But I'm guessing that your subbed video is the same as ours here...

Ah, I see.... :D
