Heh, for a while there I thought he'd be the size of a sumo wrestler, 'cause he was always on the winning side and chowing down big time... :hehe:

I don't think people dislike him, it's just that he's always on the show and seems to always be on the winning team... So when he does lose every now and then, it's sorta good.

No real hatred. Really. :)

No, it's not hatred really, it just that we find it cute that he tries so hard to vote correctly to be able to eat but he hardly ever succeeds. The things that are said about him are not meant to be mean it just that were teasing him in a loving way. :muack:

Right.

Actually, he succeeds quite a bit, which is why I'm surprised he hasn't gained weight. :hehe:

You know there are some people that say kusanagi is a bit fruity :gay: but I totally don't believe that. :shakehead: although I haven't heard anything about his private life. I mean he is married or dating chicks right? :headscratch: I am in no way doubting his sexual preference it's just that I am curious because i haven't heard about it. I know he keeps his personal life private but Im sure he's heard the rumors going around. But even so, he shouldn't feel obligated to disclose personal info. just to put some stupid rumor to rest right?

That seems to be a rolling discussion on his thread in the Artistes forum...

My feeling is live and let live... If people have a problem with it that's their problem, not Kusanagi's... If he's comfortable with keeping everyone guessing, I've no problem with it... :)

i seriously highly doubt that he is gay.
there are quite a number of male artists (esp. Hong Kong, not going to mention who) who claim to be gay, they do this on purpose because they have love affairs with rich married people and they don't want that person's spouse to suspect them. Example, male artist name David is having an affair with rich married lady Xena, David claims to be gay so that rich lady Xena's husband would not suspect him as the other guy.

i truly believe that he likes women, it's just that i think he is involved with someone or is married and therefore, that person is probably always keeping a close look on him, so he has to behave everywhere, including in front of the cameras at all times. i think his lover is a very jealous person, so he has to be on his best behavior. but for sure he likes women, he's been known to have admiration and fondess and seriously likes the females he has co-starred in tv dramas.

whether he is gay or not has been discussed in the Kusanagi Tsuyoshi thread http://jdorama.com/viewtopic.6291.60.htm
