True.

But the Crimson Editor doesn't fix the Crimson Wave :(

Dang, never thought of that

But Crimson Editor IS a good text editor. Much better than Notepad. And it's good for subs too (vague attempt to get back on topic  )

I'll have to take a look at it.... But does it have a spelling and grammar checker?

I typically use NoteTab Light for text and Word for editing/proofreading subtitles...

Please tell me that was a joke, AD. :P Last night I had to edit and search for spelling errors and had to deal with a ton of "its" instead "it's." :grumble:

Speaking of spellcheckers, I need to install Word on my new laptop because going back and forth between computers is a pain in the ass.

That's where the grammar checker in Word comes in. :victory:

My brother and his wife bought a new computer with a video capture card so they could capture all their home movies and burn to DVD. But they couldn't work out how to do it... I had it working in about 10 mins, except no sound. I found out why though - my brother had put the mono RCA jack audio plug into the 1/8" audio socket (not RCA) on the card. Sorry bro, that won't work :banghead: It was a bit of a surprise he did that, considering he installed and maintained pay tv systems as a job for many years

LOL, not a surprise: my friend's a civil engineer and the guy doesn't know how to change the oil in his car... He has his 70+ year old dad do it. :shakehead:

You know that problem I had earlier with the Video Wizard cutting off my videos prematurely? I used the version that AD sent me and it works perfectly. :dancing: I guess it was probably the trial version that screwed things up. Weird.
