Then cordons and crowd control might be warranted.
It'll be quite the extravaganza. I'll be wearing the Mongoose outfit, btw. It'll look like a giant version of Nodame.

While a laptop may be "just fine", I think the official "Nodame Elite Club" method is to rent out a movie theatre and a host of Japanese Nodame Cosplayers.

As slapstick "living-anime" as it is, there is a seamless transition to a more dramatic, heartfelt tone midway, but without losing the silliness.
A lot of more expensive dramas, like Emo-gumi, utterly failed at that. They also lay down and move the plot very well. Not to mention the skill of the actors. Any of the major characters could easily have crossed the line into massively annoying, making this show unwatcheable. Instead, the more you watch the more you care and want to follow.
Is it obvious that I'm loving this show? :victory:

The topic was brought up at various times... Starting with Episode 5 and the romantic, yet melancholy Rachmaninoff, Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor...
Kijinnmaru wrote:  I should have paid more attention. Gomen, gomen. I just felt it needed to be said on how well they did the transition, and how they still kept the original feel of the show. That balance is very difficult to pull off. It's easy for people to write off the series as too silly at a glance, but watching it you find slapstick, drama, and character development all seamlessly woven together....
with a girl getting hit in the head with a saucepan and screaming Gyabo! :hehe:
