Nishikido Ryo [錦戸亮]
actually, he's not THAT good in acting, he's not as good as Pi or Masu in singing for that matter. i just have to vote for him because, well, he totally had me in 1 liter. i wish i was there too! if only i could convince him that i was the one for him. bwahaha LOL
Oguri Shun [小栗旬]
i don't know... he's not really as good-looking as my Pi-chan but he's totally kakkoi whenever he has that heart-piercing-totally-hot gaze and he had me with it.
Sorimachi Takashi [反町隆史]

Tamaki Hiroshi [玉木宏]
he was like zheng yuan chang in iswak and because i love my dear zhi shu, i love dear chaki too!! how great it would be if i was his pianist and he my conductor!

Gokusen [ごくせん]
Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched)
hehe... who can beat yankumi? i want her to be my teacher! jun was so adorable! *drool*
Gokusen Season 2 [ごくせん2]
Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched)
i totally enjoyed this drama although i must admit that it's a copycat of Gokusen. however, i'm basing my rating this drama on how much i enjoyed this show. this is not really a waste of time and i will still recommend it for anyone to watch.
GTO [麻辣教師]
Rating: 10/10 (Bought & Watched)
certainly one of the best j doramas ever. totally love onizuka!
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子]
Rating: 10/10 (Bought & Watched)
i rated this 8.5 before, but i can't seem to get over it so i think it deserves a perfect rating. a refreshing blend of romance and comedy. watch this if you're into easy and touching highschool love story. love love tsukasa and rui.
Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子]
Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched)
i cant really understand those saying that this was a disappointment. actually, this is good for a sequel. of course, there are lots of complication so you can't really expect this to be way better than the first. but it was good on its own, more complicated scenes, more matured characters. must watch if you're looking for a closure. actually, i really love this sequel. though i must admit that there are lots of draggy scenes, this is not totally absurd. love love rui in this show. and of course, my ever favorite tsukushi. i really think that she's a great actress.
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ]
Rating: 7/10 (Watched)
at times funny but a super lame and annoying adaptation. love the manga but the series was like bleeh.. i would have stopped watching it long ago if it weren't for nakatsu. watch this if you haven't read the manga.
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [1リットルの涙]
Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched)
wow! this is a really good drama! i was bored during the firsts episodes. it however got interesting during the 4th epi that i have to watch it all again from the start. i love ryo here, though i think the ending could have been better. it is still a very good drama.
Long vacation [ロングバケーション]
Rating: 5/10 (Bought)
haven't started watching it...
Love Shuffle [ラブシャッフル]
Rating: 9/10 (Bought)
I'll give this a 9 because it probably is the best for this season. The chemistry between Kei and Ai Ai is very pronounced that even without reading the cast, the audience knew too well that they'd end up together - they just give off that kind of aura. The supporting casts are just as awesome, and the love stories between unlikely characters made me feel all teen-ish again ^^, My only problem with this series is Mei's character, which is that of a spoiled, selfish brat princess who hides herself in pretentious innocence. Seriously, what did Kei love about her in the first place? I keep getting annoyed by her indecisive nature that even the other characters keep getting affected. Putting aside, I really enjoyed the series and think that it's really worth the tears I cried over Ojiro and the pretty girl (forgot her name ^^,) The ending is great, i just really hoped that Mei had acquired a fatal illness or something for her not to ruin the perfectness of the character-pairing. Thumbs up for Love Shuffle! Yay, Panda!
My Boss, My Hero [マイボスマイヒロ]
Rating: 5/10 (Bought & Watched)
interesting at first. i got bored during the third episode. i don't really like the way tomoya acts as a yakuza. pretty lame for me. he was adorable as a high school student though. however, this was not a to-die-for drama, though some of the scenes were touching.
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース]
Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched)
one of the first and the best jdorama i've seen so far. you wouldn't regret watching this sweet story of friendship
Nodame Cantabile [のだめ カンタビ−レ]
Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched)
it's very touching and hilarious at the same time! highly recommended
Pride [プライド]
Rating: 10/10 (Bought & Watched)
woah! a very very good drama and that's all i can say!
Proposal Daisakusen [プロポーズ大作戦]
Rating: 10/10 (Bought & Watched)
Woah! I love this drama. Despite all the bad comments about the ending, I think the ending is cool. I mean, what can you guys expect? The audience I think wants something mushy for the ending. It's already good as it is, and I can't imagine a better ending for this drama. The part where Rei calls Ken Kenzou again is an indication that they are back to the world where there's only the two of them. When Rei keeps calling Ken is an indication that this time, she's the one running after Ken and not the other way around. I think you guys should learn to read between the lines and not always expect mushy endings ^_^ hands down for Proposal Daisakusen. I hope they adapt this to manga.. lol

Hana Yori Dango [花より男子]
Totally Kawaii! [Rating: 8/10]
i'm giving it an 8.5 cause i particularly didn't like the ending. however, it's still worth the watch.. one of the first and best dorama i have in my possession.
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ]
BEWARE! A super disappointing series [Rating: 6/10]
After months of waiting, I finally was able to finish this series. I will write this review in fairness to those who have read the manga first and have been disappointed by the series (just like me.. T_T) And this review might be a little longer because I want to justify and defend the manga. 1. Seriously, this drama sucks for the fact that although it was hilarious and funny, it didn't even reach half the goodness, cuteness and romance that is unselfishly provided by the manga. 2. Almost ALL of the characters are de-characterized, meaning that the actors/actresses didn't portray the original characters. i.e. Ashiya Mizuki - original character: sweet, determined, friendly character in the series: dull Sano Izumi - original character: introvert but soft-hearted character in the series: snob, unreasonable Nakatsu Shuiichi - o.c.: baka but pure-hearted, selfless character in the series: short-tempered and although selfless, it didn't even reach half of the goodness of Nakatsu that was in the manga Minami Senpai - o.c: cool, manly character in the series: sooo uncool! well, anyway, you got the idea 3. And although the series did a good job of making Nakatsu really look 'baka', that was all what the series really can offer. What suddens me most about this series is the fact that there almost aren't any romantic moments between Shun and Maki which is in contrast with the manga that is almost hearty and flowery. I especially hate the way they made Sano look heartless (grrr...) and all the characters look dumb. Anyway, the bottom line is this is a totally disappointing, let-down series. I'm being totally graciousfor giving this a 6.
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [1リットルの涙]
a total tear-jerker! [Rating: 9/10]
firstly, i expected much on this show since the it has the 4th highest vote. however, i got bored during the first few epis. it was slow paced up to the third epi. it only got me interested during the 4th episode. i love how aya painfully survived the rest of her existence. after watching the 4th epi, it got my eyes all fluffy that i have to stop at every episode so as not to collapse due to dehydration. however, i cried my heart out not for her but for her family and asou. i mean, everybody knows that she will eventually die in the end, but what saddens me was the fact that her family, especially her mother will be totally devastated. and i must say that i totally felt for asou. she will leave him brokenhearted. i was thoroughly disappointed at the ending because i feel it could have been better. though i know that aya will die, i was hoping that somehow, something very special shall happen between her and asou (like they could have been married... but of course, that's only my wishful thinking.:p) however, this is a very inspiring drama. i still can't get over it. whenever i remember the way asou was looking at aya during the last scene where the show showed the time aya was still okay, i cry all over again. "over there, you won't cry anymore right?"
Nodame Cantabile [のだめ カンタビ−レ]
awesome classic! [Rating: 9/10]
what i really love about this series was the awesome classic music. i've always loved classical music and to have such a dorama that featured the gorgeous sounds of piano and violin totally had me drooling. i love how chiaki was acting cool but fell for the funny nodame who doesn't even know how to clean her room nonetheless. i really think that this was one of the best dorama in 2006 and i actually couldn't find fault with this series (except for the exagerrated scenes which are forgivable). you're missing half of your life if you wouldn't watch this series.
