Oh God. I think Tsumabuki Satoshi has to fire his agent for getting him these awful scripts. He always gets casted as the good boy who can do no wrong and it's just so tiring to watch him try to fight human temptation and evilness all the time. It's a pity since he's such a great actor but he definiately needs better roles. The drama itself is boring, the script is blah, the story is eh...it's just not worth watching. I never really liked Abe Hiroshi but I have to admit that he is a pretty good actor. I think he did a good job in this drama however, I don't like the drama itself. It started off being a good story but it ended up being really boring and repetitive by like the 4th episode. The only good thing about this drama was YamaP but I felt like he needed a sidekick and Koike Teppei really wasn't the one to do it. He's not strong enough as an actor and definiately didn't do much for the drama itself. I liked Hasegawa Kyoko in My Madonna with Tackey but she was so annoying in this one. I guess it's also just her character. I'd say that with the whole school thing...I still like Gokusen 2 the best. |

As usual, Takuya Kimura casted in a very desireable role. A nice story but Takuya and Koyuki definiately lack chemistry between them. Their relationship wasn't developed well and it feels like they just had to get together because the drama was ending and they were forced. The kids were cute but it's annoying how they have to pan to every single kid to get their reaction on everything. I really only liked the last two episodes. Overall disappointed. | Gift [ギフト]

I give this a 9 because although it was like a remake of GTO, it was better. GTO was very repetitive with every student getting into trouble and the teacher swooping in to save the day. This one didn't just revolve around the kids getting in trouble but it had actual substance. Eventho the teacher also swooped in and saved the day in all instances, it somehow wasn't as repetitive as GTO in terms of the obstacles that occurred. I especially liked the script, I think whoever wrote it did a wonderful job. |
Gokusen Season 2 [ごくせん２]

I loved it! After I watched Gokusen 1, I didn't think that I'd be interested in watching Gokusen 2 since it's pretty much the same scenarios. But after I started watching it, I couldn't stop! I definiately like this one better than the first. The script is just as good as the first, the situations are a bit different but most important of all, the cast is so much better! Jin and Kame made the drama so much more worth watching. Also, I found the students in the first one to be too unappreciative of the teacher and they were trying too hard to reject her. In this one, the transition from not trusting and rejecting her to accepting her was more smooth and not as tried. | Good Luck !! [グッドラック！！]

Oh my God! This has got to be the most fun-est drama I've watched in a long time. I loooooove this drama! I never really liked Matsomoto Jun and I hated him at the beginning of this drama but I started to like his character by the middle and loved him at the end! Oguri Shun was great in this drama. He was mysterious and cute. Inoue Mao was definiately great in this drama. I've never watched anything with her in it before but I think she is a pretty good actress. I liked the script and I think they really developed the love between Tsukasa and Tsukushi
well. It made me want to be Tsukushi because of how much Tsukasa loved her and how much he would do for her. I also liked Matsushima Nanako's role but I would've preferred to see her more because I like her and I think she's a great actress. The only disappointing thing was the ending...I don't want to give it away but it feels like there might be a second Hana Yori Dango coming. We'll see how that one works out. | Hero

A nice heartwarming drama about family. The little girl is absolutely adorable but the other three kids were annoying because of how ungrateful they were of thier uncle. Overall it's a nice drama but nothing to get excited over. |

Although the subject is a bit touchy...it's not as uncommon as people would want to believe. Definately a good love story. Good acting and doesn't hurt that Takizawa Hideaki is so damn cute. I think what makes this a good drama is that they made it very believable about how these two people could fall in love with each other. |

When I found out they made another Mukodono that's almost exactly the same as the first one, I thought it was the stupidest thing I'd ever heard. Even stupider than copying the same storyline is the fact that they used some of the same actors and actresses. After watching it however, I think Mukodono 2003 is pretty good. I realized after the first two episode that to really enjoy Mukodono 2003, I'd have to stop comparing it to the first one, and that's when I started liking it. The story is repetitive yes, but the acting was definiately good. There were some tear jerking moments and overall, I think they did a pretty good job with this one. I still like the first one better because I think eventho the chemistry between �����q�� and ����@�q isnt as good as the chemistry between him and �|�����q, they still make a pretty good pair. They just weren't as cute and loveable as the first. I also think �����q�� 's character is cuter in the first one. I also liked the cast of this one better than the first one. | Mukodono! [ムコ殿/女婿大人]

I really liked this drama because I think Suzuki Honami's acting is superb. I think she's definiately the best japanese actress there is. This story is very interesting and isn't overdone like the whole teacher plot. It's also interesting to see Suzuki Honami's character evolve throughout the drama. |

I had expected this drama to be better than it was considering how much they were promoting it and stuff. But honestly, I was disappointed. The story is a pretty good one but execution was poor. The script was nothing to get excited over and the drama is pretty boring at times. Situations were weird and the characters were not really well developed. OooooMmmmmGgggggggg.....this drama is sooooooooooo slooooooooowwwwwww!!!!! I only wanted to watch this because of Takky but I hated the role he played...a high school loser who's indecisive and doesn't have the guts to tell the girl that he like about how he feels. Worst of all is the sister's role. She's annoying and she acts like she's 4 years old. It's so ridiculous how she tries to act so naive and so cute and stuff. Doesn't work...it just ends up looking totally stupid and annoying. The story is alright but it's definiately too slow and boring especially towards the end, I just fast forwarded some parts. |

Awful!!! A ridiculous story of not one but TWO love triangles. Two guys love one girl but she only loves the bad boy of the two and finally after 5 years of waiting, they both get together only to find out that it won't work. So despite the fact that the other guy already had a girlfriend, she decides to steal him now that she's got no one else. And how indecisive can guys get? Decide who you like and get on with your lives! I can't believe people think this is a classic. It's a crappy drama with a crappy ending. What a waste of my time! | Umizaru [海猿]
