Probably one of the best I have watched. It shows a variety of things in this show. First about the boy trying super hard in school and the mom not caring, getting a promotion in a society, and the main point in the show about a disability. This show is about a 7.5ishness its better than N's Aoi and Kuitan but this is sorta lame and cheesy though I wish my school could have done this a few years ago (Special Class to get into Todai). Somewhat entertaining, couple chars were irritating. Abe Hiroshi is pretty good actor I wanna see more dramas with him in it.

This is probably the worst of all the dramas Ive watched. Very very slow drama, nothing at all happens until the 8th episode. Very girly show. Irritating chars, only Dakko is good(HAWT).
I think in Epsisode 2 or 3 the main char acts very good in one of the scenes. I mean it looked like she was gonna explosde. A good thing about this show is that if youre learning Japanese watch this drama w/out subs. Its actually quite easier to understand than other dramas. (Summer 06) |

8.5ish- I was not expected the first episode to turn out that way at all. I immediately had to watch the following episode. This drama was filled with watching more than my usual one episode per day. Very good show, this show has my 2 fav people in it. Yamada Takayuki, and Ishihara Satomi. Satomi's char is somewhat irritating in the beginning but I guess she "matures" later on in the episodes so she gets all good afterall they are in highschool 10th grade. I tend to like these Romace dramas, very enteratining for some reason.

This is about 6.5ish- I watched this being a fan of the anime and I must say that this is a big letdown. Certain moments were too slow and some were too fast. The addition of Ryoma-Sama was great. Very good drama showing the old and new japan.
Also shows how a young man training at a traditional "house" and his various problems that plague him and people. This was one of the only dramas, or movies for that fact that I was so attached to the characters. I postponed watching this for about 5 months due to me being in Korea. (Fin Sun, Apr 20, 2008. About an 8.5. Very neat show. I like how the Society pictured the Maintenance people, morons. Also the culture change is very nice to pick out. But this comedy and slice of romance in 5 episodes is great. I think the Dramas need only 5 episodes compared to the average of 11.
People should watch. Also Ishida Issei is great at the potrayal of a girl, OMG! He acts super good as a fag. Watch this people!

Watched it becuz of Narumi and I thought I would be able to improve my Japanese listening but I was awfully wrong due to the fact they talk about a lot of school stuff which I dont know the vocabulary. Overall this drama was decent if anything. I hated Narumi's Char- So irritating and the story shouldve developed a little bit earlier- maybe 2-3 eps earlier.

Very good show. Very touching, though not as touching as Sekai no Chuushin de or 1 liter of, it is still very sad and true. Its called Abstinen ce peoples!! Main actor is excellent, he knows 5 languages!!! Need to watch more shows with him, Japanese or not.

Alrighty- This drama rides on a lot of japanese culture and whatnot and its hard to understand if you watch it without the group who is subbing this not put any "cultural notes" and ieven if they do its still difficult ot understand why its so important in the show or why its funny. 1st 6 or so episodes were quite fine. The rest were somewhat boring and lame. 10 seconds before the drama finished I was going to give this a 7.5 but after the 10 seconds finished I dropped it to a 7. Horrible Ending. The ending was bad enough but the ending ending just made it even worse. Decent drama with little plot twists. Better to watch Chakushin Ari, Nemureru Mori or Taiyou no Kisetsu.

About 8.5ish. The more I watch dramas the harder it is to compare. Anyways, this drama is on the better side. It shows some aspects of how the Japanese treat Okinawans and also some culture appears. I wonder if any of the actors knew Okinawan; that would be awesome.
Narumi is so cute and sophisticated also. Takenouchi is great also.

Then I thought "Wait, I watched Ganbatte Ikimashaoo till the end so may as well watch this." Well, I am glad that I did. Very good show. Person who played Gokuu did a really really good job, also RinRin was good also.

This is about an 8. 1st teen drama that Ive seen and this stuff actually happens regularly. I was dissapointed at the ending, I was expecting everyone to die. The 1st episode gave me the impression that this was going to be another Taiyou no Kisetsu but I was wrong, a little dissapointing but o well. Kubozuka Yusukes char is so me. I love that char. This drama practically relates to me except the ending. Good enough drama to watch.

Last of the Trick series. I gave a 9 BUT I was going to give this around an 8.5ish but I upped it because of the ending. The ending really did it for me. Good Ending to a good series. It shouldn't come back in any form whatsoever. The ending to each case is much deeper than previous seasons. I didn't care for them too much but it makes sense to do in that way. "YOU!!!"
